Consume fresh amla first if u have. Amla powder I am consuming after 2-3 hours of eating food with water @Advet10

On day 37 I again become a victim of wet dream. I saw some pics of nudes. Perhaps it was the reason. From now I will become more careful & practice meditation. I m not relapsing, but at the same time I m totally failed to retain the semen for long time. I required to be more disciplined & loyal to my words & my targets. If u wants to achieve some extraordinary, u have to be extraordinary.

Two things missing in your daily schedule.

  1. Reading a self improvement book
  2. Meditation
    Reading is like a torch helping us to see the path in the dark.
    Meditation is helpful in retaining semen for long last.
    The above two suggestions are based upon my personal experience.
    You are my senior & I m not capable to suggest you. I m just sharing my feelings & learnings.

I think you are right, I am not reading much nowadays. Also, Doing pranayams but not meditation. These 2 are both different things . I will try to focus on reading book and meditation.

After this relapse, I am facing huge weakness in my body. I got fever yesterday, not of Corona but of cold. Hope I will recover soon.

U dont need to buy expensive foods
Always expensive doesn’t mean good
What u can add to ours diet

  1. Banana with milk (helps in building calcium)
  2. Paneer is a very thg good substitute for egg since I’m too a vegetarian
  3. Avoid bakery food
  4. Just avoid oily food (u can eat food made of ghee)
    Small steps bring a big change
    Once u start earning u can expand the scope

Relapsed at night! This became pattern now. I only relapse in night. I have to deal with it.
. My mistakes was not following routine and Surfing only on phone. I usually was not taking the phone in night when I sleep. But This time I went with the phone in room. Bad thoughts came and relapsed. I think I should follow my routine very very seriously! I was not good in my work in this streak. Sorry brothers! But I will again starting and my new goal is nofap till new year and then again another year. I am taking it positivity.

Reasons

-I am not having enough ppl to talk(socialize)with me except family.
-in this streak, I didn’t follow my routine properly.
-I was with phone whole day( all days)
-I didn’t follow hair regrowth routine
-I stay at home most of time
-I time passed a lot in this streak, not having proper care this time.
-I have not taken help from Companions here
not checked in daily
-guitar broken, reading books stopped, I came to old habits.
So , need to correct all this. This is time again to write my diary properly daily. I will try to do this everyday from now. This time again to change old habits. Need some motivation from u guys!

I have dermaroller with me and also heard a lot of it. But I am scared about infection. Also, it should be use for 1 to 1.5 months only, and I have to take care of washing it also. So I am in confusion, whether I should use or not? @JumpingBuddha
