After you started to release all the nutrients constantly, your body starts to sacrifice itself to keep you alive and pull minerals from different tissues , with the food and water you intake. 98% of us Today, are in constant depleted state. I am doing sarvangasana only not shirsasana at it’s difficult to master , will that be okay ? I have slightly receding hairline from the sides mainly , thinned hair and also I can clearly see my decreased density . I am practicing balayam for 5 min twice a day , anulom vilom, sarvangasana, kapal bharti , nofap, detumescence therapy and a healthy diet . what are your thoughts on this brother ?
Yes, That will be ok. But do not take much stress. I think It is most important factor in hairloss. But I think in SIRSASANA , blood circulation to head will be more. Try to practice on wall with safety @thepunisher44

In 120 days challenge to me, I relapsed 3 times but it dosen’t matter now. I am in new goal to progress as much as I can in terms of hair. @SuperSaiyan1.2
