I just finished a book “PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT” by Swami Vivekananda. This is my first book I completely read.

1. Krishna was born 5,252 years ago as on 11/08/2020.
2. Date of Birth : 18 th July,3,228 B.C
3. Month : Shravan
4. Day : Ashtami
5. Nakshatra : Rohini

7. Time : 00:00 A.M.
8. Shri Krishna lived 125 years, 08 months & 07 days.
9. Date of Death : 18th February 3102.
10. When Krishna was 89 years old ; the mega war (Kurukshetra) war took place.
11. He died 36 years after the Kurukshetra war.
12. Kurukshetra War was started on Mrigashira Shukla Ekadashi,BCE 3,139. i.e “8th December 3139” and ended on “25th December, 3,139”.

24. Life was not fair to him at all. His mother was from Ugra clan, and Father from Yadava clan, inter-racial marriage.
25. He was born dark skinned. He was not named at all throughout his life. The whole village of Gokul started calling him the black one ; Kanha. He was ridiculed and teased for being black, short and adopted too. His childhood was wrought with life threatening situations.
26. ‘Drought’ and “threat of wild wolves” made them shift from ‘Gokul’ to ‘Vrindavan’ at the age 9.
27. He stayed in Vrindavan till 14~16 years. He killed his own uncle at the age of 14~16 years at Mathura.He then released his biological mother and father.
28. He never returned to Vrindavan ever again.
29. He had to migrate to Dwaraka from Mathura due to threat of a Sindhu King ; Kala Yaavana.
30. He defeated ‘Jarasandha’ with the help of ‘Vainatheya’ Tribes on Gomantaka hill (now Goa).
31. He rebuilt Dwaraka.
32. He then left to Sandipani’s Ashram in Ujjain to start his schooling at age 16~18.
33. He had to fight the pirates from Afrika and rescue his teachers son ; Punardatta; who was kidnapped near Prabhasa ; a sea port in Gujarat.
34. After his education, he came to know about his cousins fate of Vanvas. He came to their rescue in ‘‘Wax house’’ and later his cousins got married to Draupadi. His role was immense in this saga.
35. Then, he helped his cousins to establish Indraprastha and their Kingdom.
    36)He saved Draupadi from embarrassment.
36. He stood by his cousins during their exile.
37. He stood by them and made them win the Kurushetra war.
38. He saw his cherished city, Dwaraka washed away.
39. He was killed by a hunter (Jara by name) in nearby forest.
40. He never did any miracles. His life was not a successful one. There was not a single moment when he was at peace throughout his life. At every turn, he had challenges and even more bigger challenges.
41. He faced everything and everyone with a sense of responsibility and yet remained unattached.
42. He is the only person, who knew the past and probably future ; yet he lived at that present moment always.
43. He and his life is truly an example for every human being.

Yes , the Seminal fluid is directly resulted in hair loss. 1. It takes 30 days, for the body to regenerate few grams of Seminal fluid . Hair is antennas , they are connected to the nervous system directly. Everyone on here has very damaged nervous system. The body sacrifices it self , to keep you alive , that’s why your hair is disappearing . Think about this , if your hair is disappearing , what the inside of your body looks like ? Yes, You can change your life by changing your mind. You can easily recover your hair by changing your mindset(take less stress) and by balancing diet. You can do all activities which I am doing.

As I am married what if we are under easy mode? I started PMO more than 20 years ago. During this period I had anxiety disorder, panic disorder, memory fails. Today, I’m totally bald and the question is what if we are under easy mode? Results?

I don’t want to disappoint you but in my opinion, If you are in age of 30 or above age, It is very very difficult to regrow hair. Genetics also play big role in this. But still if you have a time and want to experiment on yourself with these practices, you can try. It always depends on you. Also, you can see in the mirror, the hair follicles are still there or not. If you have small hair, there is a chance you can regrow. But if you have no hair in area,That means your follicles are dead , there is a very rare chances to regrow hair. If second one is the case,Then I would say accept yourself as you are. That is one thing I have learnt. Build self confidence and self esteem. Don’t think what people would say. They can’t understand what situation we are going through. So Be yourself . I am 22. So I think that I can regrow my hair and have time. So i am doing these activities.

I am ready from today. I was not good in these 7 days mentally as well as somewhat physically. These 7 days are very hard for me. I got lots of urges because I didn’t following my schedule. But I didn’t relapse that is one positive thing. I will start from today. No more negative thoughts from today. So I am including one more thing, No More negative thinking about hair in my practices list.

@Karan050 I understand about the hair follicles you said. I am good with myself bald as I am. My wife likes me this way haha Off course I would be glad to have hair again but my intention with NoFap is to Draw close to God with a clear conscience. I know it will provide physical benefits, and it’s good, however it’s not the main objective. I felt myself in debt with God for a long time and now I have a good support to achieve my dream of life: Loyalty to God. Liberty for all of us! Liberty! Amen!

Yes, Earlier I also said that it is improving. Small baby hair are coming. But To get it thick It will take lot of time. I took lot of stress during past 1 year(2018- 2019) and also that Time I was not taking good food for nourishment, not taking proper sleep, not doing any yoga, also was doing fapping. As result, my hair thinned from temple areas , So I think It will also take about 1 year to regrow hair again(As it also depend on diet, As of now I am taking stress less.).

@Hitman13 please see this. I am saying 1-1.5 years to regrow hair back. But there’s no guarantee. But I will keep faith in God and will try my best.
