I am slipping to do BALAYAM and DETUMESCENCE therapy. I always think in morning that I will do BALAYAM (morning) in Afternoon but Then I just get more involved in work and forget BALAYAM :man_facepalming:. And in night, Sometimes I feel very exausted, So Sometimes ai can’t do DETUMESCENCE THERAPY. But I will try my best to rectify these mistakes.

Yes, Earlier I also said that it is improving. Small baby hair are coming. But To get it thick It will take lot of time. I took lot of stress during past 1 year(2018- 2019) and also that Time I was not taking good food for nourishment, not taking proper sleep, not doing any yoga, also was doing fapping. As result, my hair thinned from temple areas , So I think It will also take about 1 year to regrow hair again(As it also depend on diet, As of now I am taking stress less.).

Yeahh!! Today I completed 120 days.

The journey was tough, I was going through all posts and was feeling that I have done great. I almost all 120 days done SIRSASANA and 119 days SARVANGASANA( in morning or sometimes in evening if couldn’t done in morning). There were lots of ups and downs in my journey but I decided that no matter what I will never give up and try my best to do it. From the start I didn’t even thought that I can do SIRSASANA without support, but now I gained much confidence and I can do SIRSASANA straight 6 minutes without any support. There were numerous negative thoughts in starting, but Slowly slowly I am turning into positive person and see positive sides of things( I think this is bcz of this forum and reading self help books). And Also I have known now even if I go bald, I will not lose my self respect, confidence. Why should I loose these? Because of people’s opinions on me. No! I have to accept this thing if I will go bald. But I am trying my best to regrow my hair and learning various stuffs regarding hair. And I will keep doing, Because It is my battle with only me(with my hair). I will not lose with myself. I know I can do this.

So I am taking one more challenge 60 days.
