Nofap for Hair regrowth

My bad habits:

  1. Use smartphone too much.
  2. Procrastination
  3. Overthinking sometimes depression beacuse of hairline

But I am making some good habits now.

I dont wants to hear that word again.
Most of the men of this earth are suffering with lust & porn. We have got victory on some cheap desires. We have upgraded ourselves. Now we are at some good level of great humans. We have a power to help any person suffering with depression.

Relapsed after completed 61 days. This is the highest streak of my life. Very happy today. Enjoyed the quality time very much.
Feeling very energetic today. From now, expecting more longer streak. It is very easy now, because we practiced a lot.

Yesterday was little disappointing for me. Not done any kind of work. Stuck around thoughts for hair. But I will never give up and try my best to regrow my hair.

From January 2019 to March 2020 I passed through a psychological emotional pain. I was suffering from very deep thinking/ over thinking. And I noticed that during that period I lost almost 30% of my hair.
Get some study materials regarding overthinking. Remain in overthinking, unnecessary thoughts all the time may cause to hair loss.
Try your best to remain in present all the time.
Yesterday I saw a video that all our Gods Goddess have a snake like Mukut on their head. Bhagwan Vishnu also covered his head with Sheshnaag.
Because Snake is the highest aware living on the earth.
Make your consciousness like a Snake
