well a week ago i had these problems:-
-irritation
-agression
-mood swings
-no motivation to work
-frequent urges
well i messaged some companions and they were also facing the same issue. Well then i decided to find solution myself. I started being busy all the day and it turned out to 0 urges throughout the day. I also started being social and lockdown eased in my area and i started meeting friends(because of some work and yeah keeping all the precaution) and i started feeling better and better, i dont know if its the exact solution but hey it worked for me and maybe will work for you too. i think we should get some positive energy itll help a lot
