One of the most important thing I learnt by being in this journey for 54 days is that, we should accept the pain that withdrawals and flatline gives. We went through a lot of instant pleasure in 5 seconds with ■■■■ now its time for us receive the pain and enjoy the process. There is no going back for a man who is willing to suffer and accept the pain because only through our pain we’ll grow strong.

30 days nofap challenge results
There is not much Visual difference but yeah my looks improved. My eyes are sharp, face has glow. Both photos are shot from same phone in same place under same lighting conditions.
Apart from Visual difference all other differences are also there. My focus, confidence, strength improved, mind is clear and I’m very productive
This is the best part brother @Deadpoolgupta . Keep going man. You are on the path of glory and freedom.
For me now the urges/day is almost 0. Now I can convert all my energy and focus on improving myself and working on my purpose. Yes brain fog is gone. Colour is more bright everywhere. I cry even while listening to songs. Above all, life is completely under my control. I decide what to do and when. This is one of the greatest feelings.
God has given us a brain with millions of neurons. We can completely destroy this addiction and build up a great life at its place. Be conscious every single second. Remember your dreams. Remember the promises and great companions in here. Above all remember the promise you made to yourself, when we forget that we become dishonest to ourselves and that my friend is the most dangerous thing.

Yes a similar thing happened to me also, once I saw a beautiful painting on Quora and I felt like crying after seeing that. This never happened to me before nofap.
