I wanted to let out an important message. This is not like any other challenge where we challenge each other and win or lose. Consider this as a war. This is a war against the fucking ā ā ā ā industry that is eating the youth and destroying the greatness in men. And we are the warriors. Now we have decided ā ā ā ā is out of our life. Now there is no going back. This challenge has started and we are in the battlefield. We can either die or win now. Thatās what happens when soldiers go into the battlefield. If we donāt change now, when are we going to do that? This is very important brothers. BE DEAD SERIOUS!!!

Itās ok my brother, shit happens sometimes. You peeked yesterday and that manifested into a big urge and hit you today when you were vulnerable. Thatās why never intentionally peek or edge if you are really serious about quitting. Next time be extra cautious about this and learn from the mistake.
Take your time and take care of yourself man. Recovering from a fall like this will be tough. But you will do it Iām sure. 
We all are rooting for your comeback.

Its true brother @getbackclean. When ā ā ā ā is out the monkey on our shoulder is out. I consider ā ā ā ā as a monkey on our shoulder always telling us do this, do this obsessively. We are not at all in control of our life when ā ā ā ā is there. Real men have complete control of what they do next. When PMO is out weāll get to a new level physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Iām all in man. I will not let the porn industry have control of me anymore. I will defeat this addiction and never go back to my old ways. I am willing to die in order to be free from this addiction if thatās what it takes.
