No @debellator I don’t think about sexual scenes in day time because In day time I was busy in my tasks and activities
But when I sleep I don’t know how wet dreams are come and nightfall happens.
I try to avoid that wet dreams as much as possible
I start home workout at 8 PM to 9.30 PM from today , so I sleep easily and dreams not come

I think he should not try something hard becoz it will make him more frustrated. He should try some cardio and chest exercise or some Artwork can help.
guys this is the best method which prevents frequent nightfalls!
step 1: 10 minutes before sleeping, wash your feet with tapwater
step 2: now sit down and dry your feet using a towel
step 3: massage your feet smoothly by using mustard oil for 2 mins
you know one of the main cause of nightfall is excess body heat. Using this method releases all excess body heat.

If you are on diet and eating yolks… Try to not eat more than 4 yolks and what ever eggs you eat … Eat them before 8 hrs from time you go to bed…
Eat them before noon and drink lots of water
