Current streak is 2 days 11 hours.

I may not be able to keep up on everything.

I work 4 ten hour days and drive an hour each way.

I have 3 day weekends every week.

I am 32. I live with my parents.

I currently don’t exercise or meditate.

I currently have a defeated mind set. I choose to give up in every situation in life.

You ever hear of Fight or Flight?

Well, I Freeze.

I conclude that I know I need a change in mindset.

Listen there is always hope. For you to say that you are defeated is weak. I believe that you are a strong man inside and you haven’t unlocked your true potential. The fact that you are here making a post about who you are and you want a different mindset is amazing. No matter how old you are your still alive YOU ARE NOT DONE YET! There is still time for you to change. What is your purpose? What is your passion? What are you skills? And what do you fight for. Resist the temptation to quit. Just do what’s necessary. You can’t achieve success if you don’t even try. Evaluate your difficult task and just do it.

Day 4.

Soldiers keep on fighting they don’t fail they grew stronger. Those who fail are not failures but they need more strenght to beat the enemy.

No one is a failure until they give up, and how do you give up, by getting out from this world. Even if your old you can still be wise and change your life forever. Even if you die in the afterlife that same strenght will be with you but you won’t feel it. Be you, work hard, success comes over time, but most importantly you got this.

NEED IMPROVEMENT

I need to callous my mind and resist procrastination. I need to start studying early in the day.
Need consistency in fasting and positive perspective at all times.
Need to Improve focus in Namaz. Offer Namaz with calmness and peace of movements and focus in reciting.

Tips of the Day again(same, need to practice)

Your mind is a great liar and deceiver. It always says: “that is too difficult. This is too much for you. You can’t do this. This is getting difficult. Things will get worse with time. I’m losing my willpower. I’m at my limits etc” Shut the mind up by doing what it says you can’t.

Push yourself everyday. Your mind should obey you. You are the master. Not the other way around. It’s been so long you played the role of servant that you have forgotten how to be a master. Don’t procastinate anything for even a second. Just do it forcefully whether you like it or not. True freedom lies in the other side of pain and hardship. Fight with your own self. Conquer yourself. Be free.

Keep a positive perspective when flatline, demotivation or Urges hit.

Break big task into smaller tasks if you lack motivation to start working. This really works.

Learn to surf the urge. Any and all Urges. Observe first. Then think. Then react. Be self aware.

While working had, say to yourself you love it. Soon it will be rewarding working hard by associating dopamine with effort and not just end result / reward.

Wake up at same time, go out in sunlight for 10 min, drink coffee after 90 mins.

If you lack focus, don’t drying tea… Just take deep breaths 23 to 30 with 2 sec deep inhales and short exhales and then exhale all your air… Then hold your breath for 40 sec.

At end of the day, relive your day and analyze where you wasted your time, your mistakes and make a plan to improve on them tomorrow. Do this daily. And soon you will surprise even yourself at the progress.

Successfully completed NNN CHALLENGE…NEVER THOUGHT IT WILL BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT GETTING IN MUCH DISTRESS…BUT ALHAMDULILLAH WITH SUPPORT OF SO MANY PEOPLE,I THINK AND BELIEVE IT’S NOW WILL BE A LIFESTYLE… I’VE BEEN MUCH HAPPIER,BETTER IN STUDIES , FOCUSSED,ONLY A LITTLE VARIATION IN MOODS AND FEELING CLOSER TO God …That’s the best month of my life spiritually…have to do much in life …on day 33, just saving myself for my future wife…Feels so much filled with emotions and romanticism…feel so alive from inside :diamond_shape_with_a_dot_inside:

The time for rising again has arrived fuck no nut November our goal was always no fap rather than just controlling for 1 month if u failed earlier it doesn’t matter just rise up man . c’mon. I am her struggling since 3 years it’s not easy but it’s not impossible c’mon boys.

Day 7 - check in

Sudden anger came but stopped right there and observed my soul and body. Cooled myself by telling myself that anger is no need for anything.

So much distraction to increase the urge.
Because in i have the habit of relapsing once in a week.(But this time i wont)

But the point " 5. STAY AWAY FROM TRIGGERS " helped me to switch off the tv while watching movie.

Yeah, I have been living in the past as the present hasn’t changed much from it.

I think if I write down 2 columns: 1 for past and 1 for present, it may help my mind identify differences and see that there have been changes.

I also want to start fixing my mindset by doing what the image you put shows. I need to reflect on the emotional connections of pmo to my life and slowly address them.
