Navy Seal Training Challenge -Target 90 days-

That video was really helpful. We should not give up. Everything is possible in life is possible, we just gotta fight and find it.

The only thing that’s not possible is death. Because is the only thing that we do not know about.

:warning: VERY IMPORTANT POST :warning: REWARD YOURSELF ON OVERCOMING URGES. THE MISSING KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL RECOVERY. :key:.

Yesterday I again faced intense urges to break my vow of no movies. I now know for a fact that these urges are triggered by stress of fasting and my desire to end my fast by eating fast food while watching movie and perusing dopamine.

The battle was very intense. First I observed the urges with positive perspective. But I was very close to giving in. What helped me in addition was delebrately taking a nap instead of using mobile. Then after an hour of fighting and delaying watching movies, I changed my strategy. And it worked.

I said to myself that you are a good boy. You haven’t give in to urges. You deserve a reward if you don’t give in. Then I went to market and bought salted peanuts and masala nimko and enjoyed that after breaking my fast while watching Islamic videos in yt.

It became very easy to not give in by putting a reward infront of myself, a distraction and alternate pathway to focus on and persue healthy dopamine. Maybe this is the missing key.

That amazing man. Dophamine itself is good, it makes us relax and think of the best. However that same dophamine will try to defeat us because the enemy is helping it.

Take dophamine as a way to chill and relax from those though moments in life. If pressure or urges come, fight it because we can.

We shouldn’t let our old friend beat us up. That same friend now our enemy has it’s good side and we need to see it.

You did amazing man, and everyday you will do better. Don’t give up and remember.

If you fail keep on trying, if you relapse keep on fighting, if you fall get up and keep up, if you can’t with it take a break and get back. I always learned that, if we want to give up, then give up, BUT only as a way to take a break and get the best self of you back at the fight. Because if we fight to much we will fail, if we give up forever we will fail, but if we stay up and never give up then we can do this :muscle:.

Day 3. Early december.

No urges such an amazing day. I feel amazing mostly tired and busy but I feel better.

Im not bored more energetic only to know it will fall down soon, but better take the most of it. Then going to test energy drinks to check and finally finish with taking them, and avoid it’s dophamine. Then work and stay busy with my diet eating less than 1300 calories.

These days are going great and I am getting the benefits of them. The longer I fight the better.

NEED IMPROVEMENT

Need consistency in fasting and positive perspective at all times.
Need to Improve focus in Namaz. Offer Namaz with calmness and peace of movements and focus in reciting.

Tips of the Day again(same, need to practice)

Your mind is a great liar and deceiver. It always says: “that is too difficult. This is too much for you. You can’t do this. This is getting difficult. Things will get worse with time. I’m losing my willpower. I’m at my limits etc” Shut the mind up by doing what it says you can’t.

Push yourself everyday. Your mind should obey you. You are the master. Not the other way around. It’s been so long you played the role of servant that you have forgotten how to be a master. Don’t procastinate anything for even a second. Just do it forcefully whether you like it or not. True freedom lies in the other side of pain and hardship. Fight with your own self. Conquer yourself. Be free.

Keep a positive perspective when flatline, demotivation or Urges hit.

Break big task into smaller tasks if you lack motivation to start working. This really works.

Learn to surf the urge. Any and all Urges. Observe first. Then think. Then react. Be self aware.

While working had, say to yourself you love it. Soon it will be rewarding working hard by associating dopamine with effort and not just end result / reward.

Wake up at same time, go out in sunlight for 10 min, drink coffee after 90 mins.

If you lack focus, don’t drying tea… Just take deep breaths 23 to 30 with 2 sec deep inhales and short exhales and then exhale all your air… Then hold your breath for 40 sec.

At end of the day, relive your day and analyze where you wasted your time, your mistakes and make a plan to improve on them tomorrow. Do this daily. And soon you will surprise even yourself at the progress.
