Русский это интересно. Я думаю, что многие слова похожи на хинди и санскрит, но грамматика непростая.

I am half way to it. This is a popular and good book on value investing concepts. But references are given from US market, so may find a bit fuzzy at first go(if you are not from USA, like me) but can learn good concepts of Ben Graham. He prefers reserved way to approach the market as much I have read.
I am in progress…

Dear @steva8,

Maybe you are sitting for too long. Try different asana(sitting posture). If you are doing with Padmasana(lotus posture) try sukhasana.

By the way it happens when you sit for long in a tight asana, because of low blood circulation.

Make the necessary changes, maybe that helps.
