In my small journey till now, I have observed some ‘What not to do’ things.

  • ‌Being involved in unnecessary arguments
  • ‌Hyped media news which may lead to social media
  • Some ‌news related to politics and entertainment industry
  • ‌Being emotionally weak.
  • Emotional disturbances
  • ‌Sensational Bollywood news, movies, YT videos etc.
  • ‌sleeping Late night, and/or with disturbed mind
  • ‌Not following the routine
  • ‌Putting unnecessary loads in the body.
  • Unnecessary ‌discussion about opposite gender
  • ‌Spicy food and tea

PS. Based on personal experience.
