Being involved in unnecessary arguments
Hyped media news which may lead to social media
Some news related to politics and entertainment industry
Being emotionally weak.
Emotional disturbances
Sensational Bollywood news, movies, YT videos etc.
sleeping Late night, and/or with disturbed mind
Not following the routine
Putting unnecessary loads in the body.
Unnecessary discussion about opposite gender
Spicy food and tea
PS. Based on personal experience.
