Tracking my emotions has been a great practice. It’s allowing me to bring a lot more awareness to the moods or emotions I get carried away in that I usually don’t notice. Once I catch myself feeling them, they end. I suggest doing something like this.
A lot of guys on here relapsing lately. I guess that’s easy to do once you’ve relapsed after a long streak. Sometimes you have to completely fall back down to get back up. So do whatever it is that you’ve got to do to get yourself back up. Try to learn from this. Whatever you guys do, don’t give up.

Guys I want to share something with you. I just recently started reading The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone, which is a book to improve goal setting and success among many situations. I couldnt help applying it to this challenge. It says to achieve a goal, you need to make it 10X higher, and expect 10x the effort to achieve it.
The reason behind this is there is greater achievement in coming up short on, for example, 150 days than it is to make it easier and achieve 15. We all know this and it makes sense.
I’m out of the challenge, and have had the chaser effect for a couple weeks now after surgery, but I’m ready to get serious now and start again on my own with the goal of 150 days
I just wanted to come back and share this with you all and I may have some more from this book as I keep reading it.

I’m waiting for phase 3 to see if it brings an option to join again. I’m even considering starting a similar challenge, for the sake of being in one, but this challenge is great because of it’s community, so starting another might not bring together a similarly great brotherhood of gentlemens.
