IT FEELS AMAZING. Ive written my entire detailed daily routine in a book and ive started following it. Before, whenever i failed to complete a task i used to relapse and could never get over it. Now i feel like having a firm grip over my urges and find new creative, smart and effective ways to solve my problems. Ive also started valuing myself more and have more positive emotional expressions. It takes a while, we all just gotta be patient.
Day 16 check in.
We all have found the true evil in this world through our phones.
- Organizations have mastered what it takes to make us addicted to anything
- Open platforms for criticism and hatred are easy to create, dividing this world.
- for us, the phones know how to keep us back.
These phones are turning to be the death of society. The 99% are wasting their life away on these phones, we have to be the 1% to turn on these corporations and not buy into what their agenda is.
Social media just gives depression I think yeah it gives urges which is another problem but for many people it creates sadness in their livesā¦ for me tooā¦ like Iām a lot happier now when Iām not using social mediaā¦ because seeing others having a better life makes us sadā¦ we are not able to appreciate our own livesā¦

It looks like a lot more people are finding success here. Itās sad to see people disappear, but maybe theyāre busy and finding success somewhere else, rather than being lured away by the addiction. For those of you still struggling, just keep tryingā¦ The point is to not give up.

Iāve seen the EasyPeasy Method mentioned several times and keep hearing how awesome it is. I personally have not read this, and quite honestly, I hope I never have to. Iād like to think that my life is headed in the direction of new and productive ways to spend my time. But we all know how addictions work. So I never assume. I try to stay diligent and aware. I hope all of you can do the same.

Started reading book āYour brain on pornā which is basically on neurology and one to help understand how porn affects the personās brain impulses, also started to relax and take deep breaths everytime the little monster try to drag me into this horrible cycle, and to be honest ut really really helps, Iām in it to stay away from it, and I will!!
