Karan050's Diary : On the path of changing myself

So here’s my conclusion that why I relapsed and what measures I have to take. I saved summary of picture in my phone and will watch whenever I feel urges.

One another reason was Past 40-50 days, bcz of corona I am at home. I don’t talk to anyone except family. I have gone outside to home only for buying some stuffs. I become very stressed at being home. Now I think I have to socialize with others atleast family cousins and friends. This also one biggest problem I I relapsed.

Also, when I relapsed at night and woke up in morning, In morning My mom was playing Aartis and bhajans of Gods. After watching this, I felt very disgusted :neutral_face::no_mouth:. My parents are doing all for me and praying for me (good health and wealth) to god and what I am doing, watching shiity p* in night. So ,I need change and I will change :triumph:

Relapsed at night! This became pattern now. I only relapse in night. I have to deal with it.
. My mistake was not following routine and Surfing only on phone. I usually was not taking the phone in night when I sleep. But This time I went with the phone in room. Bad thoughts came and relapsed. I think I should follow my routine very very seriously! I was not good in my work in this streak. Sorry brothers! But I will again starting and my new goal is nofap till new year and then again another year. I am taking it positivity.

Reasons

  • I am not having enough ppl to talk(socialize)with me except family.
  • in this streak, I didn’t follow my routine properly.
  • I was with phone whole day( all days)
  • I didn’t follow hair regrowth routine
  • I stay at home most of time
  • I time passed a lot in this streak, not having proper care this time.
  • I have not taken help from Companions here
  • not checked in daily
  • guitar broken, reading books stopped, I came to old habits.

So , need to correct all this. This is time again to write my diary properly daily. I will try to do this everyday from now. This time again to change old habits. This is time again to read good selfhelp books.

Need some advice and motivation from u guys! Hope this time I will do better.

I have learned matlab. Now it’s turn to learn autocad and I started classes for it. :slightly_smiling_face: and one more positive thing is I passed driving test for gear vehicle. I didn’t learn gear vehicle in my teenage time(17-20 years), But learned it and passed it.

From these two days i was more stressed and tensed, i didn’t follow my schedule today :pensive:. End up using Facebook and got urge. I tried to resist it but i was not getting sleep on time. Then my mind again played game with me. End up with relapse :pensive::pensive:. I am having chaser effect i think bcz i can’t make 30 days now. Usually 3-4 months ago, I was getting higher number. But I am only one who is responsible. But I have to develop faith again in myself that i can also do it better. Even one time Facebook is getting urge in me. I have to be careful :no_mouth:

Guard your eyes and fall back on schedule. Just ignore the wrong thoughts. More you fuel it more you burn.

I am confused in making big decisions right now.What to do next and what not to do. When I am trying to do something, I am failing these times. That’s why I became more frustrated. But I have done good in past, So I can do better than past also. Just have to build good will power and strength in me. @JumpingBuddha
