Hello guys, I feel that I should also write my daily routine diary into these platform. So that I can learn many things from you and other persons .
I joined these community on 9 October 2019, after this I made lots of Companions who really helped me a lot in this platform. Also looking forward to make new companions.
Want to bulid good Habits
I found that habits are very important in nofap. It can make us or break us. So I want to change all bad habits slowly and steadily especially staying up late and use phone because almost all of my relapses were in night.
I will put some habits into this forum which will help me to build my future and career.

To be honest, I was very involved in playing guitar(more) and Learning French. Beacuse of that i didn’t get time for solidworks. But I have to remember this that Softwares will help to build my career not guitar. So I will try to balance time for this( more for software learning and learning French).
