Hello guys, I feel that I should also write my daily routine diary into these platform. So that I can learn many things from this.
So I watched glimpse of p* after 10th standard because at that teen time, my curiosity was at peak beacuse of hormonal changes. In 11-12th standard I had a keypad phone from that I used to see some clips(not very often). But after this time came when I went to college and I bought a smartphone. Usually college is best and Golden period of students. But It had become worst for me. My life entirely changed. I used to watch more porn in this period especially in night. My Biological clock changed, hair thinning started, became much more stressful because of studies, became more weaker, faced self confidence and self esteem problems etc., but I still managed and got very good CGPA in college. I was a very brilliant student in my school life but Hormones and p* changed my future entirely.
I don’t know why but my attraction towards white coloured girls especially from western countries are more. Whenever I see any kind of the girl from western culture ,Because of their boldness, my mind divert, may be because of the party culture, clothes. Also, where I live girls usually don’t wear that kind of clothes. I am not judging western culture and girls who wear these clothes and don’t saying the culture is wrong. I just want to change my mentality towards the culture and don’t want to see these girls in wrong or lustful way. But Slowly I am rewiring from this community.
I joined these community on 9 October 2019, after this I made lots of Companions who really helped me a lot in this platform. Also looking forward to make new companions.
Want to bulid good Habits
I found that habits are very important in nofap. It can make us or break us. So I want to change all bad habits slowly and steadily especially staying up late and use phone because almost all of my relapses were in night.
I will put some habits into this forum which will help me to build my future and career.
DAILY IMPORTANT HABITS
8.AMLA POWDER WITH WATER
9. WAKING UP ON TIME
10.SLEEP ON TIME
11. 7 HOUR SLEEP
12. NO PHONE USE AFTER WAKING UP FOR 30 MINUTES
13. NO SMARTPHONE AFTER 10 PM(Only for Checking in and spend some time on this forum)
Trying to build this habit
- Learn French
- Learn software called solidworks
- Read self help book
Lastly, I want to say no matter how many times I will fail like 1 time , 2 time, 3 time … 1000 time. I will never give up and try to do my best.
