I was not good in these 7 days mentally as well as somewhat physically. These 7 days are very hard for me. I got lots of urges because I didn’t following my schedule. I used Instagram and Facebook for limited time like 10 minutes, I spent more time on YouTube seeing unnecessary videos. So I got lots of urges from it(both). I realized my mistakes but i didn’t relapse that is one positive thing. No more negative thoughts from today. So I am including three more things, No More negative thinking about hair, No Instagram/Facebook., YouTube only for informative videos.

I am removing learn French from sometime(like up to mid October) and focus more on matlab. As it will help me in getting job.At end of everyday(now), there’s no time remaining to learn French. I am very fascinated to learn matlab. I am very much involving in it(Matlab programming). I will finish these course soon.

On 19th September I slept late because I watched full IPL first match, also didn’t read self help book. As result, I woke up late on 20th September. After doing this, I realized I am wasting time in seeing full match of IPL. I love to watch MI vs CSK matches. I think I should not watch full match of IPL. So from now I will watch only MI matches for 30 minutes or 1 hour max.(I like Mumbai Indians team and love to watch cricket).

One solution I found not to see full match is see 15 min highlights on Disney hotstar. So i will see matches on next day on it. So I will enjoy those matches.:heart:

One more positive thing I got certificate of matlab onramp. I will also finish course on coursera soon.

I again repeated same mistake. :man_facepalming: I watched cricket (MI’s match) in night not full match but half. I will try not to watch the match and focus on sleeping early as I can.

took rest today. Because My body is paining especially shoulder and neck area.I think It is because I have done SIRSASANA and SARVANGASANA for too much time yesterday. I don’t want to get sick as of now by hurting my body more. So I took rest today.

Yesterday, I didn’t do things because I was stuck in assignments for hours for solving it. But I will take care from this also. Do not give too much hours to study and give some relaxation time to my mind. One positive thing is ,I completed my assignment.

I have enrolled in another course in coursera. So watched that course lectures yesterday. But I didn’t work on matlab because of my laziness. But From today, I will implement new plans. I failed lots of time to follow my schedule sinec few days. But I am trying that is important to me.:smiley:

After lots of fighting urges, I relapsed today. Sorry guys I let you down :pensive::pensive::pensive::pensive::face_with_head_bandage: But I will never give up and try again. I was depressed today and went to bed with smartphone. I realized my mistake. I will never go in bed with smartphone.
