Yesterday, I read in book that I(we) have to keep faith in ourselves. If we do the same it will accepted by our subconscious mind and our bad habits can automatically change. God is always with us as our subconscious mind. Just we have to change.

I am trying to get up early day by day, not on usual time. Sometimes I achieved, sometimes I failed. But no matter how many times I will fail, I will try.
I was exhausted in night bcz I woke up early in the morning and only took 6 hours of sleep. So I usually learn French and read book in night. But I will change this habits into morning time.

I will not do these activities(Learn French, Learn solidworks) on every sunday from now, because I feel it became little boring now, instead I will try new things like drawing, Sketching, photography, see videos regarding how to make music, Watch Good movies mostly inspirational movies(not having any kind of arousing content), watch tedtalks, etc. It will make my Sunday more relaxing. So my mind will be ready to work again from Monday💪. Important habits I will do on sundays also.

  • couldn’t make anything because there was a power cut from afternoon to late evening. But I had battery life left in phone. So watched solidworks simulation and design optimization video course.

I again had nightfall on 2nd September’s night. It is frustrating. I think I didn’t dreamt anything bad but it occured. Any tips you want to share? I will search some tips on internet as well.I think in 50 days streak I had 3 to 4 nightfall including this one.

I am adding Learn MATLAB in trying to build habits because I enrolled in one course of coursera. So I will practice it daily until course get finish.

I am removing Learn solidworks for sometime as I have learned almost basics of it and also it is hard to manage the time if I learn Matlab. In the course, I have to submit assignments,quizzes etc. in matlab and it require practice and lot of time. So focusing on one thing is better than lot of things. I will learn solidworks again when I complete this course probably in November.

I was feeling not good , too lethargic & lazy yesterday. I didn’t completed most of task. But good thing is I downloaded ASTANGA HRIDAYAM (ayurveda book) from internet and went outside to get fresh. I will read this book if I get time in between tasks.

Because yesterday was not good, I decided to work on this sunday😠

I am trying to wake up early in the morning. Because of that, I am failing to do some tasks on time.But I will try to fix this schedule as well.

I had a huge urge today. But I became calm and didn’t think about that. I conquered it.

Yesterday I watched inspirational indian movie " I AM KALAM"

From which My learning:

  1. Learning (Education) is very vital in our life.

  2. Richness or poorness can’t define friendship. Rich person can be friend of poor and vice versa.(like kunwar and Kalam in movie)

  3. In one scene there was speech in which 4 important aspects were mentioned
    Find purpose
    Education
    Hard work
    Patience

One line I really liked was The person can change is destiny by karma(work). If we rely on destiny then we only rely on God not to ourselves

  1. Observation is very powerful thing. One can Observe and learn instantly by observation.( Tea scene in movie)

  2. Music can connect every person no matter that person is from different religion, cast etc.( Music scene in night in movie)

  3. There are always some people who insult us, jealous from us and try to get our spirits down. But ignore them.(like The man burnt books of kalam)

  4. Rajasthan is great place to explore.

  5. Never fall in love with girl without knowing her background :face_with_hand_over_mouth:( after knowing lucy is married, bhati(the man) feelings shattered. )

I was too much involved in coding (matlab) to solve assignments. So I didn’t know when time passed (for completing other things )

Today i am taking one day break ,I have some stomach issues.

I have completed one achievement which I had decided with myself. I completeed 120 days doing yoga(mainly SIRSASANA and SARVANGASANA). And I am continuing it for 60 days again from tomorrow. I will not give up.:angry:
