Yesterday was little disappointing for me. Not done any kind of work. Stuck around thoughts for hair. But I will never give up and try my best to regrow my hair.

Also I will try to manage my emotions. I know patience is key but I sometimes become very impatient and think very negatively.

But I can do this, I will turn my negative feelings into positive ones.
