So your first goal is to reach 3 days, assuming you won’t relapse again today.
The first 3 days is the binge phase, where urges and P flashbacks will be extremely frequent.
The best way to pass through this is to become extremely busy and having a really strong reason, A WHY to do nofap. So you better find your reason and get busy doing the things you’re meant to do. I’ll check in on you again after 3 days.
