What is NNN?
As the name suggests, itโs a famous challenge in which you must abstain from PMOยน. That includes no Pornography, no Masturbation and no edgingยฒ as well.

Before diving in, take a moment to get acquainted with the Basics of this forum. This knowledge is essential to get familiar with some default terms and ensure you donโt feel lost.

How can I join the NNN challenge?
To officially join the NNN challenge, head over to the dedicated thread here. You can find the scoreboard in the second post of that thread where you will find your username, status and sharing code once youโre added.
You might have known by now about the term โsharing codeโ. To join, you must reply with your username and sharing code. Easy Peasy.
When will the challenge start?
Itโs obvious that it will start from November 1st. Donโt worry, with your current time zone of course. And no need to rush for a last-minute โsessionโ at 11:59 p.m.!
What should I do when the challenge starts?
Checking in daily or from time to time should be enough. Just write: Day X 
You can also post some motivational images, quotes, etcโฆ
OK but I still donโt get it, should I update the scoreboard as well?
While updating the scoreboard is optional, if you want to know how it works, hereโs the key:
= Challenge not started
= Warrior in progress (Still on nofap)
= Reached 10 days
= Reached 20 days
= Reached 30 days
= Reached 60 days
= Reached 90 days
= Reached 180 days
= Achieved 1 year
= Fallen soldier (relapsed)
Embarking on the NNN challenge wonโt be easy. Youโll face moments of temptation and doubt, but remember, this is about changing your life for the better. When you feel like you might stumble, hold onto that last shred of reason, and recall the promise you made to yourself and to this community.
