Reflection:
Negativity has been persistent for the last few days. I always have days like this when I become too complacent. I ordered a journal to keep my thoughts in good condition, and it will be delivered soon, journaling in my phone seems not working for me.
I like to post here even if it was a “worst” day. I feel ashame yes but it keeps me in touch to reality. Everyday is not always a “win” at least for now (for me).

I had no motivation to do all of this at this point but I don’t want to end it not now and ever. I’ve been struggling with my sleeping time and it afffected the entire day. My class is getting nearer everyday. I know I can turn things around and I believe in me.

Reflection:
I went out to pay for my school tuition. It was my first time doing it alone. Before, my anxiety was always skyrocketing in these situations but now I feel a little more composed. After that, I went to a party and had fun.

So, I had a terrible week. My entire country faced and experienced a tropical cyclone and it was extremely devastating. I wasn’t able to catch up to my to do’s because it was worrisome and it keeps me awake at night. My body clock was distorted, my sleeping and waking pattern were inconsistent. All I do was hang around in social media to keep myself updated and while I do this, the hatred in me grew exponentially as the president of the nation was allegedly spending time for vacation outside the country while his countrymen was suffering. This wasn’t very stoic (practicing and learning to be one) but it’s just sad to know information such as this.

In this month, I think I’ll keep this light. I’ll try to build only a few habits for now to keep me going. I already have my own 365 journal so I guess I’ll have it there written the importants and here the experience. NNN seems non sense😄but I’ll still give it a try and count my free day.

This shall begin tomorrow. I had some regrouping in my own daily log and kind of busy today doing household chores. Further, since I was waking and sleeping outside the scheduled time, I arrange the steps. Instead of turning off the alarm and going back to sleep, I’ll go out of the room, breathe for one minute and walk around the house. Enough time for my granny to wake up, and that’s the time to go back and fix the bed. Planning digital detox by night.

I refused to get productive yesterday because I feel the need to rest from the day before that when I was extremely exhausted. It was a good day. I had the time to just enjoy and have fun. Further, no urges whatsoever.

It’s so good to see the streak again in waking up early. I had trouble doing it for the past days. The only thing I need to worry for now is the sleep. Last night, I was already in bed at 9:50 pm but I can’t sleep and just roll around it. Furthermore, at midday, my thought process was chaotic. There’s too much negativity. I just breathe it out. Somehow effective.

I had a very fun day despite a little disturbance during midday. It was fun because I get to experience watching an intense match up in sports. There were no signs of slowing down in NNN. No urges whatsoever.

I had a terrible morning. Wet dreams are so fking disgusting thankfully I’m experiencing it less and less. There were sexually intrusive thoughts (dafq) that kept going for a while but after I meditated, it flowed like a river. I managed to come to my senses the rest of the day and remind myself the phrase “your destiny is chosen by your decisions.”

Productive day! I started the morning with how I exactly play it in my mind the night before. I had 1hr phone detox in the morning and I swept the fallen leaves in our residence. It was peaceful. In midday, I also did general cleaning, then a cold bath w/ bath music. I felt like having a meditation. I was completely in the present. So relaxing. However, I got a slight headache and I was somewhat bad mood afterwards. (Need early sleep I guess)

Today’s was fanstastic. I went to a birthday celebration and had a fair amount of stress (eustress) because of my chaotic family & neighbors. It was an experience. I also watched an intense match up in sports. Good day overall despite staying up late (had a lot to catch up). Furthermore, saving up money really helps me avoid reckless spending. Good for the future as well.

Waking and sleeping time are becoming inconsistent :3. I keep making excuses and it ruins my sleeping time. Although some are valid. It just affects the next day and it becomes a domino effect. I’m still trying my best. Btw, a little to none urges.

I was in a bad position yesterday. I had lots of urges and my mood was extremely low. After I took cold bath, I projected my biggest smile in a mirror to help get me out of that state. I didn’t care if I look stupid. I just laughed it off and it made a whole lot different :0 I had good sleep too.

Task Highlight:

11th of November was the start of my class, since then, I wasn’t able to continue my daily track here.

College has becoming difficult day by day. It seems the training/challenges that I was doing here were pushed aside and went back again in a downward spiral. Nonetheless, It’s good to be back to finish what I’ve started.

Now, my goal is to perfect the remaining days of this month with my revised habits (kick off a better start for december).

Tomorrow: Apply the 2-minute rule.

I cleaned three times (3 spots) today. I’ve done the 2-minute rule beautifully. I accomplished all my house responsibilities and I still had time to watch some episodes. At night, I did a last minute shopping because I needed tools for my course (due tonight). It was fun. Now, I’m done with it. Good night.

I felt like I have a timer ticking yesterday. Every minute spent in tasks and assignments are well calculated because I have a lot in my plate. It was fun. I thought I would get overwhelmed (usually got headache etc.) but not of any sort.

For now, I should slow things down. Breathe and rest if needed to. And then go back again.

Hell of days in a row. My dues were a little too much. I got overwhelmed and had a bad mood yesterday. I expect nothing less because after finishing a plate another one was coming on its way and I spent more than 8 hours on the first. Still, breaks and rests were important.

I wasn’t expecting visitors. My mood shift from BAD → NULL (I needed to). But I believe they misunderstood my attitude. They expected me to be cheerful and welcoming but I was having a series of hell days that’s why I was not having it. ++ My food intake was all shit. I’m still doing physical activities now to destress but I’m still exhausted. Anyways, I need finish the last task, then sleep early.
