Reflection:
This was my highest rate, so far. I was so proud to see the increase in four-day time. The only problem is the execution. I had series of procrastination althroughout the day, particularly during 13:00 - 15:00 (watched a show continuously).

I did the grocery. After that I was exhausted and I want an out (to destress). I’d love to watch an exciting match however it wasn’t televised and I looked for other ways but it just wasn’t quality/live at best. Fast forward, after the fap, I was furious even to little things. So irritated that it made me shout (wtf). I was never get this angry in a long time. I chosed worst decisions for the time being but I want to turn things over. So I regroup my habits and prepare for tomorrow.

The day was easy. I woke up early but not @ 5:25 am. I was doing well the first half of the day. There was no procrastination whatsoever. And I managed to complete “balance” not after 12 nn. But after that, I binge watched and I finished another season (LOL). Overall, it was still a nice day. It was windy and cloudy and I like those very much.

Why do I want to make a change?

Pornography has undeniably ruin my mental clarity since I learn that it exists. The first time I saw one was when I was roughly 8-9 years old. It wasn’t a regular porn per se. There was a story build up, an intimate one and it was about rape victim (wtf is this woman watching). I was shocked because I didn’t know what was happening. I’ve seen it in an internet cafe (public), therefore, I guess it’s nobodys fault (I don’t want to blame, but I hope I never seen it) That’s when the curiosity builds up. Through the years, my horniness grows all the more after learning masturbation and various pornsites. I remembered I was watching porn whenever a strike of opportunity appeared.

With this bad habit became more intense day by day, I wasn’t aware that there was a payment to all of this. My mental clarity skewed gradually. I became irritated, hopeless, sad, angry, and anything you can think of. I thought I was just enjoying this discovery. But, it’s the other way around. I felt like I had no purpose and only living as is. It affected my lifestyle and behavior at best. I remembered whenever I encounter a small inconvenience, I feel the need to slap somebody (lmao).

Fast forward,
For the past three years, I was practicing no PMO. Building streaks, techniques (all) to delay gratification in this sense. It was going pretty well, I’d say. It was part of the process of self-development. Further, I’m already grasping the idea of tansmuting sexual energy to creative pursuit as well as productivity.

Although, It seems to me that I’m playing tug of war with pornography & urges. And they are force ahead of me at times because I’m focusing to it a little to much and it appears that the more I resist, the more I’m feeding it (kind of). So, what my goal is to let go of the rope at once.

I was in a downward spiral (2 days in a row). I finished the important tasks but the bad habits were enduring. I guess that is the problem for now. I still get the chance to redeem myself after wasting time in pornography. I’m accountable for the time wasted.

I was reading Adler’s psychology, it mentions that they do not think about past ‘causes’, but rather about present ‘goals’. And in my case I feel like my goal is to relapse, therefore I’m creating an urge to achieve the goal? I don’t know, I might’ve misunderstood it. It’s teleological btw.

Procrastination was very much present. I had it even during morning which I think is the most important part of the day (and I messed it up). Further though yoga wasn’t actually on Fridays, I still do it because I haven’t been doing it in a long time. House sweeping should be accomplished but I choose not to because there were people in here and can’t stand it.
The tasks were piling up in the afternoon because of procrastination. I was planning to take cold shower (already night) but if I did, I’ll sleep much later to dry my hair.

Reflection:
I felt hopeless yesterday. The day was unproductive and my mind wonders in wrong direction. I was in the depths of despair and my attitude in facing those struggle were very childish. Tasks were in disarray. Now, I was trying to be as forgiving as possible and just accept whatever happens has already happened and I can’t change anything about it really.
