It was kind of boring today. Nothing extraordinary/exciting happened. But I’m happy that I was able to start the dry run with a bang. I slept in the afternoon for an hour and a half because I became too tired with the chores. No stress whatsoever. It was just average. Another thing is meditation, I’ve done it twice today. That’s all.

Half of the day went exactly the same yesterday. At night, I was a little anxious because I was afraid that I might repeat a course in college (add. Expenses) but thankfully I didn’t. A sigh of relief.

Atomic habits is a good choice to read especially at this time. I’m really trying to digest it effectively. Putting the ideas & tips into my routine (working so far). Again, not putting too much pressure. I don’t want to do it as if it is chores. I want to do it willingly.
Had a lot of mess in this year (also notable streaks) and it’s a good way to end the year strong.

At 23:30 last night, I decided to sleep even if I had a full stomach (bad btw) because I was freaking tired. I didn’t had the opportunity to watch fireworks display. Anyway, this morning I went home and walk for a few miles, got enough sunlight (even if there’s a sprinkle of rain). The moment I went home, I did the routine. Had an afternoon nap because I felt drowsy, still. Then, cleaned up the house immediately after waking up.

I had lots of cues and at one point became a craving - Reason: Home alone. Thankfully, it diminished immediately. Today went neat - done a lot of cleaning and got things in order. I also noticed that I’m washing the dishes instantly which is a good sign. One of the results of fixing the bed right after waking up, perhaps? Meditation was kind of off today (but still done) because of change in the environment (lots of mosquitoes!). Only temporarily though.

It has been raining for the most part of the day and felt sluggish because of it. So I slept around 10:00. One and a half hour later, I woke up and continue my routine. By 12:00 nn I finished 60% of the task. I become 1% better today! Still, I’m reading atomic habits back and forth so that I won’t forget it.
I’ll try to share how I apply it in my routine. I just have a problem. It’s becoming a mess once the school year begins. That’s why I’m building a foundation for now through consistency.

The day was pretty boring. I watched BCS (Better Call Saul) after meditating at around 17:30 to ease it at least. There is a construction going on here and I don’t want to leave the room (boring ffs). Nonetheless, I cleaned the carpet to keep myself occupied. Also did most of the task before 12:00 nn so that I’d have plenty of time watching eps.
I tried following shaolin qigong (this was my second time) and I looked stupid LMAO. But, I still enjoyed it. Had so much sweat and my breathing was just fine.

Fuck… What a boring day. The rain poured for hours straight. There were little urges though. I also kept touching my penis for no reason. The urge got weaker and weaker but not long before it’s gone.
