Hey my brother, try to do third eye meditation, keep on focusing between your eyebrows for 15 minutes, trust me you will feel amazing and might get goosebumps too. Do it today and keep your focus there and donβt give up in the start. You can also try Ra Ma Da Sa meditation music , best one is in the 2nd post .
