! What do you do brother,I mean are you in any Gurukul or Aashram? Which meditation do you do?

Just forcing myself to sit for meditation when any lustful thoughts comes or even food cravings.
It is helping a lot though so just making sure to sit in ASANAS not just lying down in bed and letting thoughts to comeโฆ even the simplest padmasana is enough
In the beginning I was looking for something raw version of AUM chanting so this is what I followed for about 2 weeksโฆjust knowing about the flow and the correct pronunciation of AUMโฆbut know I just focus on my breath and making it as slow, silent as possible then after I do Aum CHANTING
So do you meditate or just sit? Which meditation technique do you use? Just curious brother because I also want to be consistent like you @BELIEVER2803 !

1.CONTROLLING SEXUAL ENERGY๐

No one can fully control sexual energy or desire; itโs an inherent force. Practices like yoga and meditation are not about controlling it, but rather channeling or transforming it from the lower centers to the higher ones. Without such practices, this energy can eventually explode in forms like relapse, frustration, or anger. Even saints and yogis, whose ultimate aim is not to suppress this energy but to transmute it, face challenges. One of the reasons why pets are neutered these days is because of same itโs just inherent,(surely it is not easy for humans though๐ฅน )

Breath: The Foundation of Existence and Meditation- The breath is central to both life and meditation. A simple test of breath control: if powder (such as salt,sand or red chili powder๐ฅต) is placed near the nostrils during focused breathing, it should remain undisturbed, reflecting deep control over the breath.Counting breaths isnโt necessary; instead, the focus should be on the subtlety of each breath and its depth.
And itโs not just during inhaling only but also during exhale -
The Role of Asanas To effectively channel sexual energy, one must sit in asanas regularly. Although I struggle to sit cross-legged properly, I persist through the pain because I understand the significance of this practice. My knees often hurt so much that I need to apply relief spray after meditation. But I endure because I know that transforming this energy is essential to get out of this phase.
Just start with any basic asanas

Personally I just do meditation if there is any surge of urges or thoughts
Sometimes I even donโt prefer sleeping when such urges come acrossโฆI force myself to sit for meditation
