Total 10 hrs focus time…

Hello guys its my 5th day,
One advice and it’s very important don’t touch your dick,
It will stimulate those thoughts,
I was having 700 rupees so I invested in myself and bought a resistance band for workout.
Guys invest in yourself.

I will not giveup,
My today’s goals are,
Complete lectures and complete the desired self study time.
I lecture of stock market.
2 times meditation.
And 1 cold shower in afternoon.
