Do you know what I call Brain fog, Brain Sickness: the issue were dopamine is rushed into the brain after sensational pleasure. The Cure: Do something creative and enjoy the dopamine pleasure. (Ex: listening to music, reading a book, and listen to your breathing and meditate.)

Be stronger than your urges, mind over matter.

Obviously man , the benefits I was getting before were just constant. I had no brain fog when my HS was of 60+ days. Even a uncle , told me why are you looking underconfident? I got ashamed that I was at the peak of confidence before but it will take matter of time to reach there again.

Yes man

Don’t let that feeling get you , nothing much will change if you focus on the progress rather than failure. I have made mistakes after 50 , 150 even 300 days and got the brain fog low confident feeling too . The slip doesn’t affect as much but losing your confidence will , believe me I’ve faced the worst brain fogs and it increases due to fear and overthinking . Make sure to do the things you feel good doing , do things which engage you without forcing you to be focused on them , forget about it and work ahead. It is just a temporary feeling and you won’t even notice it if you just move on keeping heads up and staying happy .

That’s so true brother , clearly my body ignored that relapse , it only sucks when you stuck in chaser which will not happen in my case.

Sure man , it doesn’t took me more than 2 days to overcome that guilt. I have moved on and focus on more things that brings joy to me

Mistakes are part of life , comeback matters the most.

Day 0
Here I go again

Keep patience man , why are you focusing on specific numbers rather than focusing one day at a time. Why are you getting desperate for a good streak , why are you breaking promises with the guys in this forum. You have immense potential to go through it. You had 65 days before i want you to break this record this time.

Go and try , fix your daily routine and tasks. Go through it final time. It feels worse after a relapse. Please god take me to the 7 days asap. Because there i will get momentum. Please give me strength to fight through it. Let’s do this.

WHY CAN’T ME ?

"Hey, I get it. We all face our own major setbacks, and the journey can feel tougher with each stumble. But here’s the thing: don’t worry about everyone else. In their own time, everything and everyone shines like the sun. Life is like the sun and the moon—each has its time to shine, and when that moment comes, they light up the world brilliantly.

So, remember: setbacks are just setups for comebacks. You have your own light, and when it’s your time, you’ll shine just as brightly. Keep pushing forward, and trust that your moment will come. Stay strong, because just like the sun and moon, you have a light that’s waiting to shine." :sparkles:

@Covertxomic1 believe in the words of John Paul Jones, “I have not yet begun to fight”, these words ring true for me and I hope that it will help you to. Just be strong and don’t give up hope. Keep fighting until you can’t fight no more.

That’s good. At least you are now exercising. Exercise is good for the mind and body. Build strong muscles and be mindful at what you are doing.

NoFap: A game of patience

Okay I found pretty much similarity between NoFap and test cricket & that’s patience. It’s not about a certain number of time you will get recover you have to keep patience.

In test cricket , you have to stick to the pitch for long to anchor the innings further. Similarly , in nofap you’ve to stick to the routine for long sometimes you have to go through tough time to get that momentum.

At the end the similarity is discipline, conviction and consistency. Flatlines are bouncers. Tough times are like Yorker but you’ve to keep going stick to the pitch for long and anchor the innings of your life.

Starting a new journey from now. It’s pretty rare for me to write down these things. Although let’s see how does it go. It’s a challenge for me. Although this month is not that bad 3 relapses in 30 days.

I didn’t relapse and all now , just to adjust my body clock i selected that random time. From previous streak.

That’s good that you are forgetting the number of days. I tend to not remember my last relapse day either. That’s rule number 9 for me. Be strong brother, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
