CoffeeMan's Diary

I’ve been in the bed since 11pm. It’s 1:30 am now. Even tried reading book to fall asleep. Nothing is working. And I got too close to relapsing. I’m gonna try one last time. If I don’t fall asleep, I’m going to terrace to workout.

Close your eyes and meditate. Breath slowly and after few minutes, your body will feel sleepy

You should try tratak

Take a flame like this in a completely dark room and keep staring at it without blinking. 10 minutes would be sufficient but you can go for 15-20 minutes too.
Let your eyes water out.
It can show an effect after that, but if it doesn’t then in the next couple of days doing it regularly would definitely help.

:x: Relapsed just now. After 47 days. Didn’t watch P.

Getting right back to work. Sorry for disappointing you brothers.

Awesome bro, days doesn’t count but the habit will. Don’t let this discourage you. You have already made a decent streak, this should act as a shield now, that won’t let you fall easily.

Yes bro. Even though I relapsed, I feel confident in my ability to beat this addiction. Never before have I felt like this after a relapse.

You can do it brother! 47 days is far from impressive. Believe in yourself cause you are on the right track as long as you don’t give up :muscle:

you should definitely try this if you haven’t been.
It can calm your mind for a brief time (like a day or two) if not all the time.
has worked like magic for me a few times, although I have to admit that it stops being effective for me after a couple of weeks. But it works like a charm whenever it does.

I will try it. My mother does it occasionally.

Here’s the plan for today:

  • 3 hours study
  • 1 hour drum practice
  • 30 mins reading
  • No YouTube
  • 40 push ups - 8 pull-ups - 12 crunches - flutter kicks until failure

I’ve intentionally set an easy and achievable target. Will update at night on completion of tasks.

40 push-ups🗿
Here I can’t do 5

If you can do 40 keep on practicing until you reach saitama level😁

This autocorrect will ruin me🗿

I can do 25 pushups in one set on a good day.

I failed guys. I don’t wanna get into the details because I’ll just end up giving excuses. Two excuses to be precise. So I’ll just leave it at that.

But I did have one victory today. I was having hardcore urges in the afternoon. I was fantasizing and kinda-sorta edging. Then I remembered something that saddened & infuriated me at the same time. I got up and took a cold shower while blasting “Rock you like a Hurricane”. It helped me deal with the urges and recover from that weak state of mind.

Nevertheless, this doesn’t excuse my failure to execute today’s plan. So I need to punish myself.

Punishment: Switching off phone until 9:00pm tomorrow.
