Thought of writing something here, Got some crosses on the list but I will improve definitely. Workout is going amazing. Sleeping Schedule is kind of fixed to 12:00 A.M. and I wake exactly at 7:00 A.M. I don’t usually sleep in between my day now but I had slept today for almost 3 hours and I felt relaxed and I was not angry because I knew my body needed rest and it was necessary. I have to again start reading newspaper instead of using mobile in breaks. I also need to improve my self studies now I have been doing a lot bad in Chemistry. My things to improve are my Self study routine + Daily Revison.
