Thought of writing something here, Got some crosses on the list but I will improve definitely. Workout is going amazing. Sleeping Schedule is kind of fixed to 12:00 A.M. and I wake exactly at 7:00 A.M. I don’t usually sleep in between my day now but I had slept today for almost 3 hours and I felt relaxed and I was not angry because I knew my body needed rest and it was necessary. I have to again start reading newspaper instead of using mobile in breaks. I also need to improve my self studies now I have been doing a lot bad in Chemistry. My things to improve are my Self study routine + Daily Revison.

Had a really normal day as usual. Woke up at 7 then did some studies got ready. Did all my other stuff.
I also did a self study which I am happy but didn’t gave time to Chemistry (need to improve ), will be dedicating it time tomorrow if it is possible because most of time on Sunday I just relax rather studying :joy: but this Sunday I will study a little more :joy:Its literally negligible studies because it is so deep rooted in my mind that Sunday is for relaxing (when you don’t have exam on Monday):joy:. Workout going amazing. No biscuit not needed anymore because I have stopped eating them. Watching TV a little bit because I sometimes I feel it’s relaxing but not watching excess.

Woke up 7:50 a little late then went outside to get some sun. Got ready for the day. Studied a good amount hours. (Didn’t count). Didn’t workout in morning but did it in evening.

Specifically took time read newspaper. I was so happy about performance of my country in commonwealth games. These athletes motivates me. Did workout both times morning and evening.
Need to cut down on social media and on other things, So will use them only once a week. Didn’t studied that much today had some work to do somewhere else.

I woke up 8:30 and I was so pissed off for waking up late. Starting was really bad then I exercised and got ready for the day and then one of small wheel broke up, so didn’t get a lot done today was lazy most of time and then I slept 1:30 hour in the afternoon, attended only one class after exercised at 7:30 again. My anger levels are increasing. I am just doing social media or any messenger app cut down but distancing from it grows my fondness toward it. In a nutshell This day was really messed up.
Had a argument with my mom but now everything is great. I can’t fight with my family at end I know I need them much more. :heart:

Finally I woke up at 6 AM after then studied Chemistry. After all I needed to compensate from my previous trashy day and this day was awesome. Completed almost everything in No TV section I just watch a little bit of news while having my food. Haven’t workout in the evening, So gonna do it now.

Woke up at 7:00 AM. I tried my best to woke up at 6 but couldn’t open my eyes. Anyways this day was pretty good. Also had one piece of cake and didn’t even workout in the morning but did workout in the evening. Didn’t study up to the mark, I tried my best not sleep in the afternoon but slept somewhat at 12. I can’t work when I am sleep deprived. I think of waking up at 6 by sleeping 11 or 11:30 but in the end I know I would get less sleep and I won’t work at my full potential.

Couldn’t update because I was preparing for my test for few days and was traveling today to my maternal grandparents. Didn’t study much today and Didn’t do most of chores for obvious reason.
Had really relaxing day but going to gear up for the next few days.

Was really really less efficient in studies today, I think the reason is in I have change my study stuff to another room and it takes time to adjust to another environment.
I have also got some work left on my studies which I am running away to do it but it is boring, I will have to do it after sometime maybe tomorrow. Procrastinating the work that’s all.

Haven’t been reporting since a week but everything is going well. Just had a little nightfall today at 5 or something ( Although my first night fall in this streak). I kind realised it’s all about strong mindset, if you let loose then you will obviously fall in the loophole then blame other things but I know honestly somewhat it was my mistake to let loose.

I am struggling in between what to study or what to not, I feel kind indecisive towards it, I have scrutiny about it. I also tried writing things which I’ll have to the next day which worked for me to a good extent but still not completely. Morning and Evening workouts both are going great. No biscuits not need anymore, I am not interested in the eating biscuits. No using of social except one. Started to do meditations as well.

The day was good. Went to my school to get some things done. Today I had stomach bloating suddenly when I was studying. It was paining but then I rest 1 and half hour and it was all okay. Did both my morning and evening workout and I am technically doing the evening workout less rather than the full time and give myself excuse that it’s enough but it’s not and my willpower also goes till the ending. Studying still has many flaws but improved like I can now sit on my table and study.
