10 min Sunlight :
No using of social media

Sleeping at 10:30 PM :
No biscuits :
Started to eat Parle G because If I don’t someone else will. Fixed time to wake up every day but Just want a little early. Self study going bad since last few days honestly I have been feeling to leave studying and but pain of regret is more than pain of discipline.
