Today was sunday so didn’t studied that much but it was also not way too less comparing my other holidays. So yeah went outside talked to my friends. Slept in the afternoon. Played some games.

I missed one class again today because I wanted to sleep ( Bad habits). I realised I am not that much of a confident person, but the circumstances are also not like I have care much about my confidence right now. I lost my confidence I remember in class 8th, it’s a sad story. I want to take it out but it gets emotional.

I used to good to speaker in my school. One day I was asked. To give a speech and everything was fine till half day and suddenly my allergy started to work and I suddenly started sneezing like hell, sneezing 4-5 times everytime. Went to my home because it is way too near like beside my school and got my medicine then sneezing stops then I got a little fever. So I felt little fine and thought of going on the stage for the speech but when I reached there I was stunned, couldn’t speak anything, was looking anywhere. I went back to my home, crying. It still hurts me so much, It still just hurts me really bad after 4 years. I am afraid of speech because I think people. Will be judgmental again, I am afraid because I think people. Will judge me, make fun. It takes me time get along with someone. ( I cried writing this a quite lot)
I am afraid of someone judging me.

I have a similar incident to share.
Like I had been giving speeches since childhood only but when I was in 7th 8th class no one used to care much so I gave speeches just by reading from a paper rather than memorising.
But I joined a new school in 9th class, I had to speak 3-4 lines in assembly in front of the wholw school, I spoke one line and froze :joy:, I was on that stage for the first time and such a big assembly with fixed pattern of lines confused me so badly I forgot everything :joy:.
But I didn’t lose hope I still volunteered everytime to speak those 3-4 lines when it was turn of our class to speak, I might have forgotten once or twice again after that but it got better, I even memorized a whole 3-4 minute speech in 11th class and won 1st prize.
And I even anchored our school’s annual function in 11th class.
You have to face your fears bro and you won’t be bothered by them anymore.
Some stage fear is still there, there always will be but it gets better with time.
And no one cares bro, some might judge you for a minute and then forget about it.

Woke up 7 :00 AM then studied for some time, after that did my daily schedule. Today I didn’t newspaper too because I was in a hurry, I need to control phone usage mostly telegram.
Using social media but not that much but still it counts.
