DAY - 0

So relapsed at 11:00 A.M . I haven’t been honest to myself I am not studying as I should because I am am afraid of failure. The last month wasn’t that good either too I relapsed really frequently and I want to stop but every time there’s an urge I do not even try to stop but I choose to relapse. This month (July) I thought I will take it seriously but on the first day I peeked and and 2nd day I relapsed.
I am so dishonest to myself right now I want the grip of my life back. I want to determination back again and the fact that number gets again zero everyday it just adds more guilt and make me relapse more because at end it will again get to zero.
The main purpose I made productivity was create a accountability for myself and other people same with Nofap point system but it seems it didn’t help me either.
So things to do.
Make a permanent schedule and it follow it daily
Be honest

Be honest with yourself… you need to be stronger… remember your promises and keep pushing. Also your progress has not faded away yet. You are still the stronger version who fights for his life

So I haven’t been that much productive lately despite making a challenge for productivity. I have lazy for way too long now and want to improve. I am thinking of adding some habits in the challenge but realised the format was kind of different so adding them.

  1. Waking early 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM -
  2. Studying Biology ( Self Study) 2 hours -
  3. Studying Physics ( Self Study) 2 hours -
  4. Studying Chemistry ( Self Study) 2 hours -
  5. Exercise -
  6. No TV -
  7. Read Newspaper
  8. 10 min Sunlight
  9. No using of social media
  10. Mala -
  11. Sleeping at 10:30 PM
  12. No biscuits

Plans seems good but i think little taugh to complete all(assuming). If i were you then I would have prioritise and kept few which are most important. Anyways, your call you are the best person to identity and manage. Good luck :four_leaf_clover:
