3.Exercise
4.Subliminals
5.Pranayam
6.Eye exercise
7.Meditation
8.Bath and sort my room
9.Study 7 plus hours
10.Socialize with people and be confident/bold while talking
Bad habits to stop
1.Staring at girl’s bodies when I’m outside
2.Nail biting
3.Phone usage more than 45 minutes
4.Wasting time and procrastinating
5.Overthinking and perfectionism
Hey guys, if you’re interested, I just started writing a book, it will really help you on your journey by the name of HOW TO CONTROL YOUR BRAIN
I am also a part of this challenge now so i will have to write my routine here…
1… wake up at prayer time in the morning and take affirmations and pray
2… go to treadmill and sit beside treadmill and meditate then move on treadmill for a walk of …30 meters
3… then cold shower
4… then study for whole day and keep on offering prayers on the times in between
5… finish dinner till 8 : 15 or 9
6… take affirmations before sleeping and sleep till 11 at night
may be i will watch a tv serial in between on youtube and thats it but my heart dosent allowes for that also
