No i suggest you to keep your guard on for 2 consecutive days. It wasnโt even a relapse it was just a slip avoid it. You donโt need to reset your counter
Iโve already accepted that even a slip was a relapse
If i did not reset the timer, I would get even more urges to complete the relapse process
I feel slighly happy after the reset atleast I controlled it
Itโs good you accepted but i suggest 1 minute peek will not hurt. Although!! Try not to fall into chaser
