had urges and peeked at p for around 1 minute, then closed it just right now

resetting my timer now and starting again but wont go for another full/partial relapse

No i suggest you to keep your guard on for 2 consecutive days. It wasnโ€™t even a relapse it was just a slip avoid it. You donโ€™t need to reset your counter

Iโ€™ve already accepted that even a slip was a relapse

If i did not reset the timer, I would get even more urges to complete the relapse process

I feel slighly happy after the reset atleast I controlled it

Itโ€™s good you accepted but i suggest 1 minute peek will not hurt. Although!! Try not to fall into chaser

dont feel like doing anything now

somehow my mind always goes into easy mode in october since I get highly excited for november

my largest streaks have always been in november from the last two years so I give in so easily in october

going to sleep early

I told you bro. It was a slip you were doing good. Avoid that slip if you reset your counter. Chaser effect chances would increase

Sorry but Iโ€™ve left tracking hours it distracts me from actual goals and i end up thinking a lot more during study about hours instead of actually studying

Then thereโ€™s also this thing that it helps in better ability to sit down studying but also ends up in me regretting that
