Anything and almost all the time most of my time goes in daydreaming

Write while studying ( use your hands to underline or guide the sentences while reading) , write the important stuffs in copy while watching lectures. You are doing great bhai :people_hugging:

no relapse no urge thanks to diwali now going to get back on track for nnn

after carefully drinking water consitently my skin has improved significantly already thereโ€™s a different glow on my face
