Relapsed twoce today feeling extremely shitty

Wanted thr streak to ve consitent but nded up peeking again and again fuck this addiction man i think Iโ€™ll control but tehn itโ€™s the same person who ends up relapsing knowing every bit of last relapse as well

Look brother itโ€™s completely fine relapses are the part of journey. You have improved a lot in these couple of days , the only thing matter is to get up again and again & learn from your mistakes :two_hearts:

I saw many green ticks this time , even 2 hours screentime is so amazing to see . Donโ€™t let relapses ruin your day and this progress :fire:.
