Relapsed twoce today feeling extremely shitty
Wanted thr streak to ve consitent but nded up peeking again and again fuck this addiction man i think Iโll control but tehn itโs the same person who ends up relapsing knowing every bit of last relapse as well
Look brother itโs completely fine relapses are the part of journey. You have improved a lot in these couple of days , the only thing matter is to get up again and again & learn from your mistakes
I saw many green ticks this time , even 2 hours screentime is so amazing to see . Donโt let relapses ruin your day and this progress .
Try using phones and laptops in front of your family or atleast use it from where others can see and you have fear of getting caught.
