. I shall check it out .Hey bros! Well it been real these past few days and I am not gonna. If you guys followed my post you’ve might have noticed I have made a confession.
This of course is why I am here. My head was filled with poison and I need to clean it out to change to get my life right to live my life as God wanted me to live it.
I was weak and fell for manipulation and in the end got trapped so deep in it. I have had nothing and I was empty. Thanks to the passed weekend the Communion service I had a wake up call.
I realised I was stuck living a lie and not of pure service tp God even though I might look like a faithful man, but I am still rotten on the inside.
I am not saying this out of pity or asking for it. I am saying this, beause sometimes in life things don’t feel right in a persons life even if things seem to add up.
I have lived in the past and falling for it as it entrapped me futher in search for answers in search for probably mending my wrongs. At a terrible cost as I lost my hope in all this.
I felt good about it as me and God resolved this just shortly before I had the opportunity to ask my nephew what kept me in the past and I was not feeling good bout Gods’ answer. I kept on thinking what if… or why and how. Till I gotten the same answer from my nephew.
I was so dumb in scratching where it wasn’t itching and gotten the consequences thereof. What is important however on why I am telling you this is. Don’t be dumb like me. Don’t fall in the past and don’t ask why to much. Don’t doubt you’ll see your —@$# more than you think.
I realised I wasted something good going for me and that’s a sad fact about this whole situation. But I learnt alot out of this experience and got to experience Gods’ wisdom first hand and feel truely blessed and I won’t stop now. All space there is for me is to move on forward and not looking back again! Amen
Hey Guys. I have intoxicated this topic to a no go zone.
Guys let’s stand together. Yes we had some darkness coming in and it is time for the light to come and conquer this dark.
We ain’t perfect and we are here to fix ourselves with a some hiccups on the road, but we stand up and dust ourselves off and keep moving forward. That’s how we grow and in the mistakes we find the wisdom to avoid in repeating it.
I realise I made a mistake with my stuff I said. I wanted to be honest and also the past finally broke out off me and through that some of it gave me lessons and I will carry it through my life.
I am free at last and I wanted to share my story to give hope and I realise now I was selfish and have given my doubts aswell my mistakes so nobody repeats it or wish to talk with me with their pain.
I am greatful for the opportunity being in this topic and share some of my wisdom and I really hope we can keep it going so we can help each other grow. That’s what we are here for and we do it for the glory of our God!

Yes of course we can give you advice. We are here for you just to do that!
Well there is 6 basic things that can help you:

Don’t touch d#%!%^ excessively. And don’t touch it when aroused.

Avoid porn.

Stay busy when aroused. Change your environment if possible. Avoid a position you get comfortable to fap.

Talk to someone in the forum or in in your journal to identify what the trigger is for arousal and strategise on how to avoid the trigger to avoid relapse.
-
Stay focused, alert and calm about your situation which your in to avoid relapse.
-
If you watched porn make sure you avoid electronic devices in the bedroom at night or places you are fapping to porn like the bathroom etc. Overall limit your device use as far as possible to avoid the temptation to watch again. And avoid social media like instagram and others where arousing photographs are on
Hope this helps man stay strong focus on yourself and be strong within yourself and focus.
If you are in need for strength, go to God will help you. He will give you strength, wisdom and overall guidence. Remember you aren’t alone!
