It’s my 3rd day of no fap…I have been to this RC wire before But I always end up losing to myself to my desires, to my lust ,to my stress :sob: But this time I am here to win :muscle: I am 28 and have been into this shit for more then a decade but I will try to make count of every day of my life…

I got tempted from a little gesture from my girl. and almost got into act…But anyhow paused.This journey is going to be very hard for me :cry:. But I will try to push my limits

Day 3 is almost done so are my urges.Day 3 was quite testing and demanding coz urges were very high as it is first 3 day streak in years. Hope that day 4 brings some light with it.

its day 4 and a leaked video distracted me a bit but thankfully I had better control of me.It was from Google trends.so Now I have to be aware of Google too. About my day… it was good prayed, walked into e morning, breakfast on time ,went to Library and started a work I have long been procrastinating. I am not good at writing But I hope it will be improved over time…:kissing_closed_eyes: Everyone keep fighting

Day 3 is almost done…And everything is fine , meditation , exercise , study and reading , all boxes are :heavy_check_mark:
