I feel you man. It can be depressing sometimes. I would recommend really focusing on 1 task at a time. Pick one you think would help you the most and do it! If you have the option and energy to do the others, than great, but really try to focus on improving and not the finish line. Even if it means improving only 0.01% day.
That would be my advice

Sometimes we need that one day to reset. I’m not sure about your situation, work or studies etc.

But I found that taking a day off from everything and focusing on this one task helped me to get into the right habit. I shifted my attention to focus on it at first. It’s not always possible for everyone and might not work but just a suggestion.

I actually slipped twice after that but i still think that change was helpful

Day 1: :x: Slipped up 5 times

Today I had a really bad dream and woke up numb and nauseous. It was a dream about self transformation.

Even with all the tiredness and nausea I still accomplished to study 5 hours in a row, my best since a long time.

Now here’s a phrase for you guys: ā€œIf you are able to do your best, even when you are in trouble, who can defeat you?ā€

Atleast try to decrease number of faps in a day. Reduce it to 2 then 1 then 0.

Day 1: :x: Slipped up 4 times

Changed the to-do task a little bit:

Bad sleep makes me tired and nauseous, which makes me fap. Maybe its the number 1 factor. Bad dreams = tiredness all day.

Bad dreams = messed up unconscious = tiredness all day = being alone = fap

To-do task:
Sleep 8 hours: :x:
Even tired, don’t be alone: :x:
Do not bring cellphone to bathroom: :x:

Day 1: :x: Slipped up 4 times

I did all the work I needed to do, i feel incredible.

Today the day started awful because of bad sleep problems, and then the trauma reached myself, but then I wrote all that I was feeling and went to the gym with my friend.

Did not bring the phone to bathroom, so no PMO, but still did it…

The problem is always involves imagination + cellphone + bathroom

Also started medidating today, so I really feel that I am on control. And this tends to get better.

I think as you’re slipping too many times as I have seen now better to take a break and think where you’re actually making mistake.

Find a long term plan and stick with it. Better to take a 7 Day break from NoFap.

 I didn’t plan today the day before. Being not attached to a routine always makes me distracted.

Still, I started medidating again today, didnt feel such peace for a long time.

Your ability to keep moving forward is awesome. Do you mind if I ask what your biggest trigger is?

Feel free to ask anything guys!

Since I rejoined the app I became more aware of my actions and triggers.

My biggest triggers are:

  • Talk with a new potential romantic partner. (More potential of binge)
  • FOMO + Desire to see light p → Social Media
  • Bad mood (Bad sleep or Bad/sexual dreams)
  • Lack of organization on the day
  • Staying much time at home
  • Being alone
  • Going to the bathroom with cellphone
