40 days in the desert

I decided to start a challenge with myself. 40 days, locked in. I do not have a religion, despite the inspiration of this challenge being Jesus, on this 40 day long trial on the desert. I take Jesus as an enlightned one, the apex of human potential, I will have his image with me throughout the challenge.

U should decide some tasks to do daily so that they keep reminding u of this challenge. Also u will get real happiness at the end of the day because of being productive.
And at the end of 40 days, u will be a totally different person. Good luck :four_leaf_clover::+1:

I’ve made through the first day! I spent all day outside home so it was really easy.

Today I noticed that I am more connected to my life purpose. When I am authentic to myself, great things begin to happen. Thank you for your messages guys!

I slipped up 5 times :(,

Reasons: sleepy mood + stayed at home + insane sexual drive + procrastination

I need to change my strategy. Everyday I will list reasons and solutions to stop this.

Solutions:
1: Organize the day in details
2: Shape your identity, you are a winner
3: Prefer taking a nap than soulless scrolling when sleepy
4: Take specific hours to check social media in general
5: Know that knowlodge is a slow process, not found in scrolling

Reasons to stop
1: Fapping makes me weak
2: Fapping limits my potential
3: Fapping lowers my testosterone
4: Fapping makes me sleepy
5: Fapping makes my primal brain feel like a winner (but it is fake!)

I just put it because i understand how it works yk. If you PMO your brain feels like you won at life (you got a woman pregnant) and releases relaxation hormones. That’s what I was trying to say

It got better, did not binge, but still we can improve. I felt sleepy all day, so at night I slipped up.

I relapsed spending much time in bathroom. It is crazy that my brain tend to binge. So when I start one, it is easier to continue.

I will add a to-do task! This will help myself because I will remember to not do the things that make me relapse. Adding new features everyday! I know that if I continue to innovate the journal/challenge, i will make it happen!
