I’ve read this book and it is a great book. It teaches us about balance in life. Teaches about incorporating spirituality into our lives.

It’s an important lesson to keep in mind. Good job!:v: You survived the urge. Don’t try to prolong the urge just kill it by concentrating on something else.:+1:

Clear picture --> clear outcomes!

Next days, I’m going to design how I would like my life: professional, financial, relationship, spirituality, wellness, friendships, family, hobbies, etc.

I HAVE TO THINK OF WHAT I WANT! ONLY WHAT! ALWAYS!
I HAVE NO TIME TO THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE.

This is the SECRET to create a wonderful life without these stupid addictions: porn, cigarette, alcohol, social media, television, Netflix, fast food, etc.

MY 90-DAY NO PMO CHALLENGE: 12/90 :white_check_mark:
MY 90-DAY MIRACLE MORNING CHALLENGE (5:00) : 12/90 :white_check_mark:

Day 12… Taking time for myself early in the morning is the best thing that I can do in this period of my life.

Meditation in alpha/theta state, compassion, forgiveness, gratefulness, visualisation of my day and my future are some tools that empower me!

Taking a quick and light breakfast to fuel my body, doing some postural exercises…

All these simple things are ways to love myself a little bit more each day.

May God bless you, my sisters and brothers!

Damn!..

I feel a new urge attack! Very impressive! Very dazzling!

I was job researching when it happened.

I didn’t relapse! :fist_right: :fist_left:
But it was not easy at all… I have to be careful.

I don’t know why… But days 11 and 12 are more dangerous. My last relapse was on day 13.
I know it! So I can anticipate it!

Don’t hesitate to give me power brothers! I need your encouragement to be stronger and doing better than never!

You felt the urge and you beat it. That’s what it’s all about. Urges will always be there. How you act upon that is important.
Well done, stay strong my brother!

Own it. It’s your energy. It’s life force emitted from the depth of mother nature. It’s pure Shakti. The ultimate creative life force.

Instead of fighting or opposing it, you can direct and orchestrate it! In yogic terms, you have to overcome your existential comfort zone from svadhistana and become lucid as the consciousness behind it.

It was no random accident that it happened during your job search. Kundalini is intelligent. Instead of making a fight out of it, you could have embraced it as a booster in your endeavor

Remember, it’s this exact life force that will transform you if you gain the ability to consciously transmute, sublimate and integrate it.

Peace

Thank you for this comment! I’m an European with zero knowledge in Yoga, unfortunately…

What you say is very interesting! I’ll meditate on it.

How sublimate this force?

MY 90-DAY NO PMO CHALLENGE: 13/90 :white_check_mark:
MY 90-DAY MIRACLE MORNING CHALLENGE (5:00) : 13/90 :white_check_mark:

Day 13… I meditated on Svami-MahaGanja’s comment.

Indeed, it would seem that every time I have PMO it was either:

  • I was frustrated, and PMO was a way to have power over something
  • I was overflowing with a powerful creative force that I wasn’t using. PMO allowed me to simply reduce that force, failing to make it into something interesting.

So I will learn to welcome this force when it presents itself and to make it run through my body to energize it. I think that by raising this energy up my body, I can be more active, more determined and more magnetic on a daily basis.

Thank you again @Svami-MahaGanja for your comment.

MY 90-DAY MIRACLE MORNING CHALLENGE (5:00) : 14/90 :white_check_mark:

Day 14… 2 weeks!

It is getting easier and easier to wake up at 5:00. However, I still have some difficulty going to bed early.

I am working on my ability to instantly deeply relax. Being able to totally relax is a great way to deal with your emotions, including urges. It helps with creativity, focus and intuition.

The more relaxed I’m, the more present I can be.

Thank you for your message of encouragement!

I train myself to go deeper and deeper into physical and mental relaxation. The more I do it, the easier it is for me to relax just thinking about it.

MY 90-DAY NO PMO CHALLENGE: 15/90 :white_check_mark:
MY 90-DAY MIRACLE MORNING CHALLENGE (5:00) : 15/90 :white_check_mark:

Day 15…

With this new habit of Miracle Morning (wake up earlier, meditate, visualisation, affirmation, reading, writing, exercise) and this new gain of energy from NO PMO, I can feel it’s easier to succeed in life.

At the population level,

  • What percentage gets up early to work on oneself and one’s life?
  • What percentage avoid porn, masturbation and withhold their semen?
  • But above all, what percentage does both?

How proud I can be to be part of this very small percentage!

These are not very great achievements, but for the contemporary society in which we live, it is already exceptional! And we can be very proud!

These two challenges form a basic foundation on which I can increase my self-esteem again and again!

We have what we think we deserve!

The fastest path to personal development, in my opinion, is to dramatically increase your self-esteem (not arrogance!).

With the help of God, I’ll get rock-solid self-esteem and will accomplish a beautiful life with courage, faith and love.

It’s great you do this every morning! :grinning:

Self-esteem is very important. One should never be arrogant or put himself above others. But at the same time you should not put yourself below or feel bad about yourself.
Even in Buddhism this is true. There is a meditation that aims to develop metta (compassion, kindness), and It starts with developing that for yourself. Only someone who loves himself and is at peace with himself is able to love and help other beings.

MY 90-DAY MIRACLE MORNING CHALLENGE (5:00) : 16/90 :white_check_mark:

Day 16… And still very happy to wake up earlier each morning!

Every morning is an opportunity to progress and to become a more beautiful, stronger, loving, empathetic, ambitious and healthier person.

Life is abundance and abundance is a mindset.

My biggest fight in 2020 isn’t NO PMO at all, it’s to avoid stress and to maximize relaxation. Bad stress and bad tension are killers. Relaxation and presence are God in manifestation.

What I resist is what is destroying me. Love from myself to myself and others is the SOLUTION.

And sometimes, Love consists to have a strong discipline! Because I love myself and I want the best for me for a long time, I want me to be very disciplined.

Laziness is like saying to myself that I don’t deserve the best thing in life! It’s like telling me that I don’t deserve to be loved.

If I love myself, I’m very disciplined! This is the SECRET of true self-esteem and accomplishment.
