Day 18…

I started the reading of the book “EasyPeasy”. We talk about it so much on this forum that it made me want to understand why this book has such a good reputation.

I’m also starting training to improve my brain and my memory.

Little by little, I modify my morning routine to find the one that could be ideal for me and I add new habits to take to improve my life.

Keep doing brothers! Together we are a family of Heroes!

Day 19… Today is one more day in my new life!

I’m still learning how to boost my brain to have a super brain!
I’m working on my ability to relax deeply and to reprogram my mind for heal, success and energy.

My workout exercises are very effective. In 5-6 weeks I gain 4kg (8,8lb). I’m transforming my body :muscle:

Day 21 ! :muscle:

I’m still thinking a morning routine to be ultra-focused on my success and centred in my guts, in my heart and n my mind.

This no fap challenge is far away more than what I believed when I started. Today, I understand that this challenge is a journey of discipline in the mastering of my vital energy. I can feel this spiritual energy in my body and around me. I feel all tensions in my body that wait to be released.

Intuitively I chose the nickname “FlowForCourage”. This journey is more and more about “Letting It Flow”.

Day 23…

Today, I feel a little demotivated. Thoughts of doubts about the interest of getting up early run through my mind.

So I have to remember the advantages of getting up early:

  • It structures my life
  • It helps me to go to sleep before midnight
  • It’s a gift from me to me
  • It’s the best way to start a day by focusing on myself, the present moment and my goals
  • It allows me to start my day on a note of excellence and discipline

Life is long enough and a sufficiently generous amount has been given to us for the highest achievements if it were all well invested.

As much of my times as possible should be well invested and pay me a return (in value, in money, in impact).

Day 24… :+1:

It’s flatline.

I’m not worried about libido loss, erection loss, bad mood, low energy, … I know it’s temporary, I just trust the process. It’s not on what my attention is focused. I stay confident.

The main difficulty during this period is to stay kind with people around me. I can be irritable faster, so I have to show more self-control… 16/24 - 7/7…

It’s all about stress management! Releasing tension within me: my mind and my body.

Take a big breathe and relax, my brothers!

5 Aug: SLEEP ISSUE: “I’ve a huge problem for months. I wake up at 1:00pm. It’s a shame. I don’t sleep the night and my sleep cycle is out of phase. I have to correct it to implement new habits with success.”

8 Aug: “I just failed my Miracle Morning 30-day challenge… I woke up at 11:45am. My mistake is that I don’t have a regular bedtime routine.”

10 Aug: “A new failure with my morning routine. I didn’t wake up at 6 o’clock, but at 11 :frowning:
Therefore, my morning routine has been a shame… And I wasn’t productive today.”

11 Aug: “A new day without a 6 o’clock wake up! I woke up at 10. It’s better than yesterday, but far away to be excellent yet.”

13 Aug: “It’s not today that I’ll wake up at 6 o’clock… It’s 3:00 am and I’m here”

Throughout the month of September, I woke up at 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00, 1:00pm…

Day 25 :muscle:

I’m still working on my vision. It’s really important for me to live an authentic life at the maximum of my potential. It’s why it takes time to think deeply about my life, my talents, my purpose.

The world is changing! We are in a lockdown again, and it could be not the last one. I have to change to express my singularity and to help me, my family, my country and humanity.
I will not change the world, but I can participate at my level.

No FAP/No PMO journey is very easy when you know accurately who you have to become. We don’t need motivation, we need vision higher than ourself.

Almost one month for my two challenges!

I’m implementing my new morning routine. I find a lot of inspiration by reading diaries of the other members of this community. My routine is not perfect yet, but it’s better day after day.

As you can see, I do my best to improve my English. Sometimes it’s frustrating to have to write in this language. I have an excellent level in my native language, and my thoughts are of an above-average level of complexity (I had the chance to do two graduate studies, that helps)… I still cannot achieve the degree of nuance and richness that I want in my writing in English.

I thank you for your patience :slight_smile:

I would like to thank all the members who share here their experiences, their sufferings, their doubts, their victories, their joys. You are wonderful people who deserve to find more happiness in their life. You can count on me to support you in your efforts, even if sometimes I am a little crude! My heart is with you.
