Objective: This challenge is designed to increase overall fitness, enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance, and promote a healthy lifestyle. Each day builds on the previous one, gradually intensifying to keep participants motivated and engaged.
Rules
I will be using my app to do my exercises, but if you want to follow my exercises I will post them every day.
If you prefer to use your own exercises then that okay by me.
May sure that you update the participant leaderboard so that I can keep an eye on it.
Sunday is a rest day for me but you can choose your own day to rest.
When you take a rest day do not check-in.

No One is Eliminated from this challenge for a relapse. This is just for Fitness Challenge.
Tips for Success:
Stay hydrated throughout the challenge.
Always warm up before each session and cool down after.
Maintain proper form to avoid injury.
Push yourself, but listen to your body—take breaks if needed.
This 28-day challenge will progressively build strength, endurance, and flexibility while keeping things fresh and engaging. It allows participants to improve their fitness levels without overwhelming them, and Sundays as rest days will help maintain the right balance between exertion and recovery.
