Even after completing 90 days I haven’t yet created the habit of waking up early. Someday days I sleep till 8 and whole day will be unproductive.
To create habits and make solid Improvements we have to do things without fail. Everyday. Without creating a habit we won’t be able to reap benifits. I haven’t yet reaped the real benifits of Meditation yet. I’ve been doing it from day 30.

I was quite depressed today. All because of family issues and because of scoldings and taunts of parents. How can i make them understand the feeling that im just sitting in one room for fcking 84 days!!!
Brother don’t think abt not fapping or Nofap or watching Nofap videos. I am not an expert but I have read few books abt subconscious mind and the more you feed you mind about Nofap the more you tend to relapse. This is scientific. Please take it seriously. I have tried both. Before I only thought abt Nofap whole day and made streaks of 2 or 3 days. Now I only fail if I see any dirty photo or any such thing. Better watch this video for better understanding.
This video is not particularly about Nofap but about our general day to day lives.(to give an idea how our brains work)

And that’s the exact reason why i watch QuitPorn videos daily.
The reason is :- the videos that i watch are mainly lectures in a seminar hall or mainly the TEDx videos. They usually do a study or research on ■■■■ affecting people and conclude how bad ■■■■ addiction is.
After watching it i let the “yes I’m on the right track” feeling sink into my body.
So i feed the things like :-
“■■■■ is causing global problems with current generation”
“■■■■ is disturbing healthy relationships”
“■■■■ is destroying the brain’s reward system”
“■■■■ is having a bad effects on relations. Usually a ■■■■ addict person will always want his gf/wife to treat him like he sees in the ■■■■ and he can exploit/destroy his gf/wife as he wants. Which is wrong.”
