Yeah! Working out is one I have a hard time doing! I worked at my job the past three days, so I should’ve put a stoplight or something instead! But you are right, even on the days I was off last week I wasn’t working out. Gotta improve there! Thanks for the encouragement!
It’s been a long day running around. Didn’t get to a lot today. Very tired. Having that brain fog I think you guys talk about sometimes. I’ll get over it. Thankful to God for His strength and that I haven’t relapsed.
