Thoughts/Changes
- These are the things that I noticed today while I was in college with my friends. First of all, It was a really great day, I am happy about how the day turned out to be. One of the changes that I noticed was, I was more energetic while talking to people, also was more bolder while talking. I talked more than I really do in groups with confidence. I didn’t have any problem looking people into their eyes while talking. All this felt really really good…Mostly because in the past 2-3 yrs while I was battling this addiction with ups and downs, I never reached the stage that I am in currently and thus I haven’t experienced this till now, and I really love the way my days are turning out to be and I really wish covid doesn’t exist as I would be a lot happier being with my friends, being more social and all, It’s really a great feeling. I didn’t think about any of the above things while I was at college. Later in the day, I just thought about how the day went after I reached my house and felt more happier thinking about it.
Getting rid of this addiction is really great. But also try to add the essence of self improvement (exercise,meditation,productivity,reading,embracing change,accepting failures…etc) as it would make our life much much better.
