Just two words.
Great community !
Hey bro @anon65589122, why did you delete the post. Almost close to 1 hour in the morning I will spend for yoga, Pranayam etc, everything else will just go with the flow. Meditation, exercise, mindful eating etc have now become part of my life.
I don’t meditate for 30 minutes in a single stretch bro. After some relapses my brain is going topsy-turvy. It is not staying calm. I do a 10 mins. meditation session 3 times.
Currently I have my exams going on; so not being able to focus on the routine
Hey bro @thefinalfrontier 95% of the people like it and are enjoying pmo. Most of them are addicted and are in denial. This will continue atleast till 22nd or 23rd century.
Remember the story cigarettes. Only after thousands and lakhs of people died they understood its harmful effect and named it as a public problem. We are the few enlightened people in this age; we are moving against the tide and its hard. But its worth it.
Same goes for food habits (like eating junk food , overeating ) , using social media excessively , shopping , watching televison
This is my case …
You have been busy in exams. So that’s why I thought to delete it not to add extra pressure to answer it. 1 hour is not too much time considering you complete this many activities in that period of time. I do the workouts not Yoga. DO you use any youtube videos to do the Yoga? How did you learn?By the boks shared by JumpingBuddha?
In meditation it takes around 10 minutes to get in the zone. After 10 minutes the real meditation starts. So, it would be much more effective when you do the 30 minutes at a stretch. But do however you feel convenient.
Yes bro; mainly through the books shared by JumpingBuddha- Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gherand Samhitha etc. But I haven’t learnt all of it; only just started experimenting. What the mainstream Yoga teachers all over the world are teaching is only 1/4th of this great wisdom bro. Hatha Yoga contains bandhas, mudras, a lot of different varieties of pranayama, kriyas etc. It is not just a physical exercise consisting of different asanas. Yoga was purely created for spiritual progress and to achieve cleanliness and greatness of soul. The West took it and made it into a total physical practice. You can clearly learn all of it from those books JumpingBuddha shared bro @anon65589122 . Especially yogic practices like bandhas, aswini mudra asanas liks sirshasana, sarvangasana, siddhasana, pashchimottanasana etc are very benificial for semen retention and sexual transmutation.
Thanks for sharing this great info man. I surely will increase the time of meditation.
Most people are, in the most ordinary sense, very limited. They pass their time, day after day, in idle, passive pursuits, just looking at things-at games, television, whatever. Or they fill the hours talking, mostly about nothing of significance-of comings and goings, of who is doing what, of the weather, of things forgotten almost as soon as they are mentioned. They have no aspirations for themselves beyond getting through another day doing more or less what they did yesterday. They walk across the stage of life, leaving everything about as it was when they entered, achieving nothing, aspiring to nothing, having never a profound or even original thought, doing what those around them are doing, getting through life with as little discomfort as possible, and finally leaving behind not so much as a durable memory of themselves. It is, indeed, almost as if they had never been. This is what is common usual, typical, indeed normal. Relatively few rise much above such plodding existence. They have self-love, to be sure, but in spite of the almost universal conviction that all these masses of people ought, and even deserve, to be proud, they cannot be. The conditions for genuine pride simply do not exist here. For pride is the Justified love of yourself, and the only thing that can justify such love is your own personal excellence, your own achievements, your own special worth, something which is not the common lot of all.
-Restoring Pride, Richard Taylor.
@Tagore Hey man How are you doing? You don’t visit forum nowadays much.
Hey brother @anon65589122, thanks for asking.
My exams haven’t finished. I have one more paper to submit; I’ll come back soon after completing it. I need the help of you all, brother. Iam dying due to this fucked up addiction. I got into the fucking chaser and now I am pmo-ing atleast once everyday. I am not able to focus on writing as this pmo monster keep on buzzing throughout the day.
A review from amazon about this book that I just downloaded
I WANT TO KILL ALL THOSE MFers WHO SAY THAT P*** IS NORMAL!
IT IS THE WORST SIN TO HUMANITY.
It makes me cry that I watched those women whose lives were destoryed, crushed, ended, raped and killed for a fucking 100 billion dollar industry filled with selfish mfers who are monster not humans
I pray to God on my kneels to forgive me for the fact that I watched them
I PRAY TO GOD TO PLEASE GIVE ME THE STRENGTH TO NOT WATCH IT AGAIN
GOD, PLEASE SAVE US; I BEG YOU FROM MY SOUL! P*** KILLS HUMANS! IT DESTROYS HUMANITY.
The message of this book is quite simple: ■■■■ is big business; ■■■■ is harmful; and ■■■■ must be resisted. In forty meaty chapters written by 34 experts, we get this message hammered home clearly, cogently, and convincingly. The authors make it quite clear that ■■■■ is now a big-time mainstream industry, and its greasy and destructive tentacles creep into every nook and cranny of life.
The Australian and international experts here provide a mountain of evidence on the reach of ■■■■, the massive harm of ■■■■, and the countless lives ruined by ■■■■. Case studies along with academic essays combine to make a powerful statement on one of the most insidious and harmful businesses of our day.
Not only is there a copious amount of documentation here, there are plenty of real life stories and case studies which make for fascinating, if at times, sickening reading. Indeed, there is a lot of hard core stuff here, but sometimes we need to be shocked out of our comfort zones and back into reality.
■■■■ is an ugly, nasty business which enslaves people, dehumanises people, abuses people, and destroys people. At least 100 billion dollars a year are generated from this industry, so one can clearly see why its defenders will fight to the death to keep it going.
The editors in their introduction say this: “We live in a world that is increasingly shaped by pornography. . . . Big ■■■■ Inc documents the proliferation and normalisation of pornography, the way it has become a global industry and a global ideology, and how it is shaping our world and the harm this causes.”
They continue, “Our book provides a powerful challenge to liberation conceits that pornography is simply about pleasure, self-empowerment and freedom of choice. . . . The global pornography industry shows little concern for subordination, degradation or human rights violations; indeed powerful elements in the industry market the violation of human rights.”
Like all destructive industries, it has nothing whatsoever to do with helping people or making society a better place. It is all about greedy and calloused people doing whatever they can to make a buck. And what they do to get rich quick is simply appalling. One writer examines 21 different ■■■■ sub-genres, and how readily available they are online.
Here are just a few, with the total Web pages for each: teen sex - 82 million pages; animal sex - over 50 million; bondage - nearly 30 million; crush sex (which involves the killing of small animals) - 8 million; vomit sex - 4 million; wired ■■■■ (involving electrical shock) - 1.7 million; snuff sex (involving actual death) - 1.3 million.
And all this is escalating and intensifying each passing day. Supply and demand feed off each other, and countless millions of people become trapped and addicted, even if they want to get off this destructive treadmill. It is as good a means to wreck individuals and ruin societies as any war has ever been.
If all the data and evidence presented here is not enough to convince the reader, then the personal stories should certainly be enough. We find one horrific and tragic story after another here, powerfully and graphically showing how ■■■■ damages women, children and others. It is pretty bleak reading.
Consider the story of Australian ex-stripper Stella: “Every day was long. Every day was hard. Every day someone forced me in some way. . . . My relationships suffered; I was becoming more and more isolated. I started using heroin to soothe the pain, all of the pain: the physical pain of my deteriorating knees and back; the emotional pain of being nothing, negative space, dirt, slut, whore, stripper, junkie. The fear and desperation rose.”
What about “Amy” who was sexually abused by her uncle, a heavy ■■■■ addict? “My uncle started to abuse me when I was only 4 years old. . . . At first he showed me pornographic movies and then he started doing things to me. . . . Every day of my life I live in constant fear that someone will see my pictures and recognize me and that I will be humiliated all over again. It hurts me to know someone is looking at them - at me - when I was just a little girl being abused for the camera. I did not choose to be there, but now I am there forever in pictures that people are using to do sick things. I want it all erased. I want it all stopped. But I am powerless to stop it just like I was powerless to stop my uncle.”
One writer, looking at the topic of pornography and animals, says this: “Some things are incomprehensible. Why would anyone derive sexual pleasure from seeing a video of scantily clad women in high heels squashing, stomping and torturing small animals (including puppies and kittens) who squeal in horror as they die?”
But critics will complain that these are “extreme” examples. What they do not want to admit is that the extreme cases always flow from the less extreme cases. ■■■■ is like that: you get desensitised and bored with the soft stuff, so you move on to the harder stuff. That too soon becomes old hat and stale, and greater thrills are needed.
It is a downward spiral, and has happened to far too many people, including almost all of our sex offenders in prison. It begins with a few quick looks, but soon degenerates into a lifelong addiction, which gets worse and worse as the demands grow stronger and more diabolical.
■■■■ kills. And any critic who thinks this is some religious wowser book is just plain wrong. The publisher is a secular feminist outfit, and the overwhelming majority of authors here would fit into that camp as well. Indeed, there is not a shred of religious argumentation to be found in this volume.
And fortunately we don’t just get the bad news here. A number of concluding chapters look at how Big ■■■■ can be challenged head on, and a number of examples of this already happening are offered. So the reader is left not with despair, but hope, by the time they reach the end of this helpful volume.
The editors deserve a lot of praise for making this book available. Many of the individual essays alone make for a solid case against ■■■■, but taken together this information and research offers an insurmountable argument: ■■■■ is bad, real bad, and it is time to reclaim women, men, children, and society from its horrendous clutches

Fight Fight
I did the same thing everyday after I lost my streak . I think I’m onto something here , listen me out .
During Nofap you can go on Godmode or to the lowest way of NoFap.
The harder you make it on yourself, the harder the challenge in quitting it will be and if you fail, you will masturbate more than usual and it takes a very long time to get back.
Whereas if you were doing just a usual and basic Nofap without any Brahmacharya or whatnot, the challenge is easier and if you happen to fail, it will be easier to get back on track, without falling for the chaser effect.
This is just an observation, I have a few examples of people but I think it would be inappropriate to compare them .
Alright I’ll speak anyway, please this is not offensive and not for some competitive edge or anything, this is just to give you a proper insight.
Alright, I and Tagore were on Godmode with Stern Brahmacharya. We would have become gods ourselves if we had succeeded. We were not looking at any girls and absolutely no lust or feelings.
But, HERE COMES THE TWIST, by some mishap ,we failed miserably BUT, we couldn’t get back up immediately. We fell for chaser effect.
I think we couldn’t get back immediately because we made the challenge so hard on ourselves that once we relapsed, our brain was so deprived of the dopamine deficiency that we wouldn’t let go of that old habit.
Then there is Samaranjay, he Relapsed as well.
During his Nofap, he was easy on himself and did not follow Brahmacharya or anysort of hardmode stuff. So guess what?
He did not fall for chaser effect and got up immediately after a relapse.
Please let me stress again that I’m not being offensive and I’m trying to figure out something from the failures of mine and my comrades.
What I think is that if you go super hard on yourself during the challenge, it will be insanely difficult to get back up after a relapse. Discipling yourself is good but if overdone, it might be too much of a drastic change for your body to handle.
Instead slowly cutting down on these habits might help make a bigger effect rather than a very drastic one, in a short span of time.
Yeah I agree with your point @zorim but just because you are taking things lightly doesn’t mean you can go thinking and lusting over women. I think I followed hard mode only, because I refrained from any kind of sexual stimulation, didn’t peek which by the way is the only key to success, but yeah I talked to some women in normal way as friends do so you can say I didn’t follow Brahmcharya but for me it is actually the clarity of thoughts, we shouldn’t consider women as objects for fulfilling our desires and stop talking to them altogether. I think that is the best way to go. But I get that most people can’t control their thoughts while talking to women but fortunately that’s not the case with me.
That’s my opinion.
Well what I mean is being a totally normal human being but having good thoughts, mainly seeing women as any other person and treating then with equanimity .
Ofcourse peeking is terrible, I treat it as porn as well.
Hey brother. I think you are right. More harder we try , more will be the after effects if we relapse. One of the reason is we think all our efforts are gone in vain(which I actually not true) but since we only have streak method to know our state , it happens. It’s sad.
Second reason is we want equal rewards with our efforts. We don’t like the things which doesn’t give us results.
One solution for this is to forget your streak no. Completely.
And aleo what you said doesn’t mean you can’t do hardmode nofap.
There are many examples- swami vivekanand(12 years), jumping budha (of this forum) etc who completed hardmode and are free now.
So my suggestion is change strategies but not your goal. When you feel low ,Meditate ask for new tools . You will get something from inside.100%
Thanks…
These words and support mean a lot brothers @The_integrous_one @rewire_user @zorim . The fact that you all are here with me in this journey in itself means a lot.
Yeah, I never wanted to go back to pmo; p*** atleast but what @zorim said makes sense. This time, lets take it slow brother.
But whatever the fuck is, I am going to destroy addiction! This s** of a b* has taken away a lot from me.
But guess what, I, you and all of us have one POWER
WE NEVER GIVE UP!!!
God, I realise sometimes it gets hard, really hard; but stay with me; stay with us. Give us the strength to endure all these and do our contribution to this world
You created us for a reason, God. Also give us a helping hand and be with us in this journey; we won’t leave this world and war unless and until we become who were born to be. Until we materialize our purpose and promise to you
RESURRECTION CONTINUES…
So this is my strategy for Nofap .
I’ll not be doing Brahmacharya, even though I’m accustomed to it .
I will be much decisive this time.
But that doesn’t mean I’ll be going easy on myself, I’ll be completely away from PMO, pics and stuff.
I will continue following my routine, untill I master it properly.
I won’t move onto anything else until I complete the goals I have already set.
I am gonna make sure I am out of my comfort zone at all times, ( I mean it !)
I am gonna strike down any thoughts that come up which hinder progress and myself and I am gonna keep my thoughts and thinking clean by Meditation, yoga and constant assessment.
I hope everyone sets a proper goal for themselves and strive towards achieving it.
You may fall, but you need to get up again and again, only then will you be able to rise above your failures.
Please be crystal clear with your thinking and learn from yourself and your comrades mistakes.
GG everyone, let’s rise!
FROM A 2011 RESEARCH
[p]hysical aggression occurred in 88 per cent of scenes … Across all acts of aggression – both physical and verbal – 94 per cent were directed towards women … When aggressed against, 95 per cent of targets responded with either expressions of pleasure (encouragement, sexual moans, and so forth) or neutrally (e.g. no change in facial expression or interruption of actions) (Bridges 2010, p. 46;
If this was the case in 2011, guess what the situation now??
From a 2009 documentary named They shoot ■■■■ stars don’t they? This is the description of a typical audition in a ■■■■ studio and how a woman who was pulled into this filth to support her children is subjected to verbal and physical torture
He threatens to beat her, threatens to torture her, pulls up her shirt, pulls up her skirt, hits her breasts, hits her thighs, throttles her by the neck with both hands, humiliates her, degrades her, makes her cry, chokes her until she is gasping for air. He gets her to tell the camera she is 27 years old and the only reason she’s here doing this particular job on this particularly day in this particular hotel room in the Valley is for the money, and the fact of the matter is she has two young children to support, of whom the man asks rhetorically, and seemingly for the sole purpose of screwing with her head, ‘They’re going to grow up to be proud of you, right?’
The woman is becoming unmoored. He orders her on her hands and knees, and begins beating her with a leather strap that cracks! across the bared skin of her backside every time he hits her, leaving angry pink welts, until, finally, in a futile attempt to protect herself, the woman reaches her arm around herself, her hand turned upwards, her palm facing outwards, and the man stops … ‘To steal a Quentin Tarantino line,’ he muses, mockingly, ‘Was that as good for you as it was for me?’
Sorry for the graphic description but this is the reality of this fucking industry.
**GUYS, BROTHERS…
… now this is not anymore a matter of cheap pleasure and an act of self destruction for us…
This is a matter of being humane; showing a minimum ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY of being a human being
This woman was tortured, treated like a slave, raped (sometimes even killed) and was made to destroy her life DUE TO THIS 1000, 2000 BILLION $ INDUSTRY!
for what??
For a 3 seconds pleasure of addicts like us and other weak men who are in denial all over the world??
For gaining billion dollars for selfish mother fuckers behind this industry who are monsters not human??
Remember that woman was pulled into this because she wanted to support her small children.
AND YOU WANT TO SUPPORT WHAT HAD BEING DONE TO HER BY WATCHING THOSE VIDEOS??
Remember all of us have mothers and sisters too
This is not a matter about our lives, our selfish goals, our addiction anymore. This is a huge epidemic killing and destroying the lives of thousands and millions of women, sisters, mothers, children, daughters, sons and everyone. We know what is happening; we are not in denial anymore; we have an ETHICAL RESPONSIBILTY as a fellow human being to take a stand against this. Addiction etc are all not valid reasons anymore. This is a do or die matter.
A 2009 UN study estimated that by 2010-11 global pornography industry was expected to hit 100 billion US dollars. The same study also estimated that the global child pornography industry made up to $20 billions. Pornography money is buying governments, academic research, national and international corporations and law enforcement agencies
This was the situation 10-12 years ago; now the money this industry makes is incalculable and beyond imagination. Nowhere you can find a reliable estimation. The man behind the infamous xvideos is an anonymous mf. He is earning billions and trillions of dollars every second when the lives of millions are getting destroyed.
NOW IT ALL COMES DOWN TO YOU BROTHER.
What decision are you making?? For God’s sake make the right one
Peace.
Also their suffering doesn’t end there. As Amy, a teenager whose sexual abuse is known as the ‘Misty Series’ of child pornography writes:
“I did not choose to be there, but now I am there forever in pictures that people are using to do sick things.”
BROTHERS
Always remember when or if you are deciding to watch p*** you are deciding to support this
