2021: TAGORE'S YEAR OF RESURRECTION ( 20 m )

I completed 5 hrs …but you know I am not wasting my time bro…grandmother’s health is not ok …so I am helping her…
And don’t take too much pressure because we relapsed 2 days ago…so we will improve smoothly…

I’m in. This is perfect because I just made it past 2 days no pmo and you all started 2 days ago, so I am right there with you! I haven’t been on this app in a long time, but felt the need to come back.

I also just joined Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA) here in the States. It’s a 12 step program and based on the structure of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). SAA is the 3rd program I’m a part of. I find it helpful.

I never thought to ask if anybody on the app has experience with 12 step groups?

Thinking of doing a daily diary, but I’m worried I won’t keep it up every day.

I appreciate how @Tagore started small with a few daily practices and now you have a whole list of stuff every day! Good for you. This inspires me.

Thanks y’all.

Peace,
MJ

I agree 100% bro. Putting too much pressure can also fuck up our mind. But we should move forward anyways. Now Iam trying to look at everything from a. Positive perspective. @josephvt’s words made me do that. He said: ‘Dont think about a relapse as the end of the world. You are not relapsing everyday. The improvements that we made till that day are all still there.’
So keep moving brother.
@MJ2019 starting a diary can help a lot in building habits. Keeping track is the most effective way of building great habits Bro. We are all together in this!
Thanks man @hensmkekdmrme. This time we’ll all Succeeed. Iam 100% positive about that.

brother what do you mean by affirmation and Visualization ?

Affirmation is telling things to yourself bro.
You can choose affirmations like:
Iam happy. This is a beautiful day. Iam going to achieve many positive things today. Etc.
Visualization is done for achieving our goals. I do visualization throughout the day.
You can read books like ‘the secret’, ‘the power of your subconscious mind’ etc to know more about it.

Hi @Tagore brother. How long do you do the pranayama? Is just 5 mins of kapalbhati fine? Or do you do it longer?

Bro @anon65589122, I do mainly 3 three types of Pranayam.
1 anulom vilom.
Bhramri.
Kapalbanti
There are some more including agnisar etc.
Anulom vilom is the most famous and recommended.
Kapalbanti produce blood flow in your entire body. I do 40-60 times. I don’t count mins for kapalbanti bro.
40-60 is usually recommended for beginners. You can take it to 70-80 etc.
You are a strong man. Keep going @anon65589122

Good Tagore. Going good. I have relapsed again and again in the last few days. I am fed up of this. I cannot seem to hate PMO. I hate to say that I still enjoy doing this act.

I will read easy peasy

Thanks @Tagore and everybody else here.

I relapsed the day I posted, but have not since then. I am about to hit 4 days fap free  That’s the longest streak I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for your support!

I haven’t started a diary, but have been working out last 3 days in a row. I plan to work out today too.

I have a friend in SAA and we are being mutual accountability partners. I am accountable for meditating at least 10 mins each morning, and he is writing a journal. We keep each other on track.

Just curious: anybody here in any 12-step programs?

Peace,
MJ

Bro @TheFinalFrontier along with reading easypeasy we have to work on our routine too bro.
That is very important. Our daily routine plays a vital role in regulating our Moods and we fap when our mood if fucked up and low.
So be disciplined. And also move towards your goals bro. Read the secret, if you haven’t read it.
Currently Iam reading it again and Iam getting some revelation.
You are a strong man. Keep going bro
